❓ Who am I?
I am Mickael Alves Rodrigues
I practiced English boxing in competition for 10 years where I fought 70 fights. Since 2012, I am a state qualified coach and I train and accompany many competitors.
✅ I have also been a professional athlete in the French kettlebell sport team for 6 years.
In 2016, I decided to make my passion my full time job in fitness, fight gym and private coaching as well.
➡️Chaque day, I help women and men through to transform their physique in a sustainable way thanks to adapted training and sound advice.
✅ My teaching focuses on technique and physical performance.
Technique allows us to understand, assimilate and perfect in order to be more efficient and take more pleasure in the effort.
