how much was the average price of these bmws on the auction , cuz judgin by their condition and how they are kept u might be able to get a good deal for them but they are all gone , unfortunately
Those cars will be worth literally nothing if they continue to sit in the grass like that. The moisture from the ground will destroy the undercarriage and rust out everything like brake lines and fuel lines and other parts. id offer them 1000 dollars for a car
16:35 as they should this guy sounds like a bozo getting mad about people "jacking" parts instead of them being totally destroyed at least someone gets use out of them and its not a total waste.
@@Auction_Insider I made it 20 mins into the video. It just gets so much worse towards the end. Your arm is probably getting tired from holding the phone.
@@markm0000 Yea for sure the arm got tired that day lol sorry. Criticism is always welcome, that way I can get better. Most of the time I’m in a hurry cause I am working doing other things. I like to document the vehicles I see along the way.
6:08 🥺 its alive, idc save em, you cant trash these beautiful cars that are selling for alot of money i rather just fix the heavy mess than getting the cars crushed 💔💔
I'm glad people are stealing parts from them, in a just world those cars would be nothing but chopped frames by the time the government comes to crush them
@@Auction_Insider aren't all roads sprayed with deicing agents across the snow belts? Never seen any cars catching on fire... Sure they turn into rust buckets but only after 15 years of winters not one season
This really devalues bmw as a brand. How can anyone justify paying the rrp after seeing how disposable these cars were? You just couldn't bother spending hard earned money on anything they make after this realistically. Should have sold them with a salvage title to register at owners expense. Utterly dumb.
Imo the morality behind why these cars are being tossed is the same reason why we walk by a homeless person without giving them food clothing and shelter. Its not an excuse im trying to make but rather a realistic view of our human imperfection. An imperfect system that tries to make up for imperfect people.
Do you see that thick, black sticky residue all over the cars? That is why these cars were destroyed. Somehow, for some reason, somebody decided that chemical was too dangerous for consumers. I don’t know why they could not just wash them. Perhaps it will not wash off. Perhaps the chemical has ruined the paint. But I do not believe BMW is to blame for any of this. In fact, BMW has likely already been made whole for this bizarre incident. I am sure the shipper’s insurance company paid BMW enough to compensate for their loss. These cars no longer belong to BMW. In fact, they may have been marked as sold as far as BMW is concerned. BMW may have nothing to do with this whatsoever. They don’t want these cars back. They don’t wanna deal with this mess. They’ve been paid. This is not their problem.
These are cars with possible salt water damage and it was not bmws decision to let them rot there. They were forced to write off a complete ship full of brand new cars.
@@Auction_Insider remember when I worked in ford factory Dagenham. Many many moons ago. Smashing two pallets of Weber carbs for zodiac model as the new model Granada had different fittings .. Bought a AC regassing machine years ago. They have a lot of old ones like mine but they wouldn't sell me one for spares. . like my jaag. I ended up a older model than mine . Not a lot but suspension different . Anyway customer didn't want it back as paint peeled off in sun . So kept it .not a lot left now but ?? Spares !!! . Invaluable
@@cbgjddnbf Most have already been recycled, there is only 6 left. I did do an update video showing which ones are still here. The thumb nail is almost the same gold m4.
@@MrBarryaird Depends on who the lender is, most just get a nice detail and go up for auction. Some get sold as is because they are too far gone. There is a small percentage of people who come up with the money to get their cars back.
