A softer, layered hairstyle that isn't pulled back and that covers your ears would be much more flattering and youthful. Also, the red lipstick is too harsh.
I just took a 7 day soft dry fast without proper information and it was great. The one thing I suffered was dehydration though so I'm working on reiterating again. I have never been so thirsty in my life and needless to say, 😅 I have a new level of respect for water.
Why lean meat? Fat is good for you. It's the fat from glucose that is bad for you. By the way I have been on Keto over 4 years and have reversed my diabetes and have an A1C of 5.1. Lost 65lbs.
For me, the hunger is normally gone by the second day of fasting. You need to be strong willed. Trust me, you will not die if you go a few days without food. In fact, I normally have more energy and better mental focus when I fast.

i was thinking the same thing. maybe this could b for losing the weight, but for maintenance as u said, a more permissive diet w intermittent fasting. as a veg cant imagine living w out my fruits or legumes & grains for ever.
