The factory overlooks a lot of things and things are not sealed as good as you think they are so it’s always good to be extra cautious because overtime water will get in and that’s why it’s important to do what I told you to do even if the boat is no still do it and do it every year.
I seal every bolt and screw on every new boat I get and I never have a problem and I do it every single year just to be sure that vibrations didn’t break the seal. I always seal everything on the boat top to bottom. Where is a screw boat or any crack or anything, I put i sealant on it
Make sure you seal every bolt everything on the transom and all over the boat it’s something that most people don’t do, but you should do it that way you keep water from going in because those boats are notorious for getting water in the transom especially with the motor is Doing this will also increase the lifespan of the boat .
Heck with driving home late night. The reason the badlands is so great on top of the amazing variety of riding is getting a cabin for the weekend and riding your machine in town.
As a semi local the badlands is the only one I've been to, but I've been multiple times on quads, dirtbikes, and jeeps. Without staying the whole weekend you really can't experience the entire park. Been some years since I've been there as I've started a family. The sand pit was one of my favorite as well as the almost vertical sand hill jumps. It's also convenient they are only a hop, skip, and jump from the local hospital 😂. That place is awesome. Also I'd recommend checking out the Ironman race in crawfordsville! It's usually towards the end of October, that's a pretty cool even as well.
@@mattcox6144I've heard about that place, never made it to it. I was real into gncc from 12-17. Enlisted military at 17 and when I came home I didn't have anywhere to ride my race ready trx450 and ended up selling it off. Haven't had a toy since. Got a free 92 Suzuki 160 quad I'm going through for my oldest son and my brother in law has an 01 cr250 and a 22 450. We are trying to badlands later this year with the kids. Also a lot of people don't really know, but the badlands has an Easter egg hunt every year, or at least they did. I won a helmet and bunch of stickers from that.
A badly designed boat. There is no drainage holes to let water flow out through the bulkheads & stringers to the rear of the boat to be pumped out or drain out through the transom. Just my two cents.
