When it’s a model home just for show, they use the garage area as the builder agent’s office. When they are finished with the community, they sell the model home and turn that area into a garage with a driveway.
@RajSahoo I watch most of your perry home videos and you're the only one that does them justice, but I am a fan of perry homes. They aren't my plug but they are a very well known pool builder here now, and when Bidenomics goes away I'm hiring them. Also, please do a tour of 100 Rosetta loop (perry home) it's a one of a kind in this community by them.
The floors are gorgeous! That was the first thing that caught my eye when you walked through the front door. Love the choices in tile as well. This home has so much going for it. The views in the Travisso community are magnificent. Beautiful home.
I was told I could not list the price publicly since this home is not technically on the market available. Shoot me a text or an email and I’m happy to provide the details.
I like the bar outside the bedroom I’d have espresso machine and camera ready to go in the mornings and evenings haha . I absolutely cringed at the black shower tile it looked like a 80s music video shower .
Hey Raj, Great Video! In our last home, the media room was on the second floor, and we didn't use it that often. Now that our media room is on the main floor, we use it almost every day!
It looks like rain glass but I’m not 100% sure. If you screenshot it and show a designer assuming you are building.. they can match it with what they offer.
Shout out to my clients who texted me saying at 2:12, the kitchen backsplash pattern is called Crosshatch / Basketweave. They just designed their home with Tri Pointe.. thanks for having my back!
I live in this community and we still waiting on anything for better internet. Optimum still sucks. Also this video was uplaoded 11months ago and this is actually one of my go to plans, how much did it sell for afterall?
@@Hahagtg I just had two clients buy on Rosetta Loop! I will try to get a video. For pricing, we are in a non disclosure state and so I cannot publicly state their sold price. But shoot me a message if you need help. I’ll keep putting home tours on here! Also, better Internet is coming soon. I just had a closing in the homestead section of Santa Rita 3 weeks ago and their Internet is incredible.
I need a 2 story with a elevator. I like one story, but my husband doesn’t. So I told him I need a house with an elevator. Cause when I get old I won’t be able to walk up the stairs. Any suggestions
Yes, build custom. Reach out to me using the number at bottom of the description of this video. I have a realtor partner who does many custom home options and I can also help you too.
For the second time I like this home I thought I had déjà vu . Everything is pretty nice except the shower tile in the generational suite . Reminds me of lBeatle juice for some reason . 😅
I love round tables they allow way more seating in some situations where a rectangular table would give less . Most 60 in round tables seat 8 a lot of rectangular tables seat 6 and extend to 8 seats but it’s a pain in the butt to have to hide the extra two chairs somewhere till you need them especially if the space isn’t made to have longer tables . This is such a nice plan. Seems like they pack a lot more into small spaces these days ,I remember 4-5 bedroom houses being way more open and wide back in the day specifically in Texas . Now homes are narrow and put together like Tetris till everything fits. I really wish a lot of the semi custom builders would utilize pocket doors for pass through areas for space saving purposes like from the primary closet to the laundry in this home for example or in the jack and jill interior portion where it goes to the shower area from each room so that doors aren’t just taking up space and swinging in all directions. I get that they all won’t be open at the same time in some cases but if I have to close doors just to open cabinets on both sides of a space like the laundry it just gets annoying. On a different note if I’m looking into a forever home I’m wanting most my bedrooms even for the kids to have their own restrooms on suite or hall way doesn’t matter but just the fact that having daughters and sons as teenagers I find that they hate having to share a shower since my son is so messy and I don’t have to explain why daughters would want their own personal bathroom. I really dig this kitchen and the backsplash and countertop choices. What really impressed me though is the way the designer really took advantage of that tiny office downstairs and made the most of the space i had to take a screen shot cause I couldn’t believe how much was packed into that area but was still very much open and flowing with the use of the mirrors and window placement .
I hear you! As soon as I left that room, I was thinking you can fit so much more with a round table in that dining room. Good points on the bathrooms. Most builders have bathroom upgrade options upstairs and I have many buyers building at 4.5 or 5.5 bathrooms so everyone gets a bathroom. Thanks for the feedback! Always enjoy reading these.
I like it but I went to step away from jack n jill restrooms the older the kids get the more they want their own restrooms. Especially my daughter my son is messy and doesn’t always leave things clean . I also would like to see a fireplace downstairs it’s just a preference I’ve always been partial of . Otherwise this is a very nice plan .
Actually pretty well thought out plan ,very nice 👍🏽. As afar as the primary bath seating area I don’t think it should be there but maybe a nice bench would be better . Knowing my wife she would use that seating area to have someone come over and give her and my daughter pedicures and get their nails painted while using the little side table for wine haha . Other than that I’d have no use for that seating until I was super old and had to sit down to get my trousers and shoes on lol .
My God SOMEONE PLEASE GIVE ME SOME NUMBERS SO I CAN PLAY THE LOTTERY!!! This my dream house.. great job at this video.. motivation for me.. bless yall all 🙌🏾🙌🏾
I was just talking to my friend about the pros and cons of living further out of the city and the main thing we both agreed upon since we both have families with kids was wether you have children or your older and less mobile having a hospital within the area is a huge deal along with the obvious reasons like grocery stores. Well it’s not usually a huge deal to have to drive a little for groceries for younger adults the traffic and distance really affects the elderly especially if there aren’t doctors offices or a hospital close by. Yet as you mentioned here in Austin and the surrounding areas these amenities and resources usually pop up within the year or so of a new development being built . So basically if you’re moving and like the prices of these places just keep in mind your medical needs and ability to drive a distance for a while is something to consider .
The upgrades in this home are stunning. Love the built-ins, counter space, storage, etc. I've always wanted a Casita. We have a lot of out-of-town family so it could be used as a private space for them. Or I would use it as a music studio, or even a workout room. The uses of this extra space are endless.
Beautiful home with incredible views. The below is just some constructive criticism and not meant to beat you up. The one big complaint I have is how you were jumping all over the home. You made it hard to get a real good feel for the flow of the home. You need to stick with going left or right and then continue in a complete circle. And the video was almost 40 minutes long, but not once did you open any cabinets or draws in any room especially the kitchen that you were trying to highlight. You didnt talk about any of the appliances or the layout of the kitchen. And lastly, do a lot less talking and let the home sell itself.
The TV is way too high when you lay on the couch, because of this oversized fire place. And I am not a big fan of closets AFTER the bathroom. The rest is absolutely great
Funny you mentioned the TV too high. I just had to push a builder to lower a fireplace at frame stage because we didn’t expect it to be so high. The TV would have been 7 feet up on the wall! It would have been like watching a movie from the first row of the theater.
