The price is clearly too high. The developer used the cheapest building materials; he couldn’t even lay the tiles in the bathrooms up to the ceiling. Cheap plumbing and cheap carpet. Unclear niche in the kitchen. The exit to the terrace from the dining room is a low door next to high windows, which hurts the eyes. Why couldn’t it be possible to make sliding doors the same height as the windows like in the living room? The floor on the terrace is uneven concrete. The playroom has huge windows, and the bedrooms have tiny windows. Does anyone admire the view from the window while playing games?
