The best suggestion is to change 50ccm to 80ccm. I have the oryginal 50ccm :)
@aremrotk Hey, does the same Malossi upgrade work for the Vespa Sprint 50 iGet E4? Or is there a different Malossi upgrade for that? Appreciate your reply 😊
Hi, recently i had installed the 79cc malossi cylinder and the ecu,and i was limited to 65km/h , after that the variator malossi was installed but it started to leak oil into the airbox, do you know how to fix this problem?
This is ring between half-pulley and variator. On hub for variator, for example 2311599b . Ring = limiter spacer 0812673b . Number art. from Malossi store.
@@hot-shotlabel3212 I bought this scooter in 2017 in a Polish salon. I am the first owner. After driving 1000 km, I replaced the variator, belt, air filter, STEERING CONTROLLER VARIATOR SPRING GUIDE. After 2000 km I replaced the DIGITRONIC VARIABLE ADVANCE DIGITAL ELECTRONIC CONTROLLER, TORQUE DRIVER EXTERNAL.
@@exscootable Sometimes I think I have 80 ccm, but I bought a new scooter from the official Polish Vespa distribution for my country as 49 ccm with a limitation of 45km / h. My cylinder is a complete original. Changed ECU, variator, belt, removed ring on the variator.
@KTMDUKE ale miłe zaskoczenie, nie sądziłem że jesteś z Polski :) Może przegadalibyśmy temat przez jakiś komunikator, było by troszkę łatwiej. Oczywiście jeśli Tobie to odpowiada. Wymieniłem wariator i cdi na takie jak przedstawiasz w filmie. Pozdrawiam !
You can't do much. If you install a different CDI, you may be able to reach 55 km/h, but only because the rev limiter is removed, the power remains the same. With the Euro 5 models, the air and fuel intake as well as the ignition spark are electronically controlled. There is no carburettor any more.
@@martinmayer3035 I made my injection Euro 5 from 3 HP to 8 HP, with a top speed of 90+, this by using a cyilinder from malossi 80CCM and Multivar 7.5 gram rolls and other parts, with the 50CC I made it go up to almost 70 km/h by using a malossi injectronic, multivar and bigger airhose from the injection to airfilterhouse. Some other tricks are needed but its too much to put in 1 comment.

Some cheap Chinese 125ccm are slower. The next step to improve performance: 1. Malossi 3117771 and 5914211, improve torque, acceleration, 2. Malossi 6711135, improve the top speed, ...or buy Vespa 125 ccm.
On flat road. No modifications. New, about 400 kilometers on odometer. Dowhill top speed 110 km/h. Soon modifications: variator, half-pulley, belt, air filter (Malossi). Will improve performance about 10%, I hope :)
I have primavera 4t 2020 i have changed cdi unit malosi and i have a quoastion if i change cilinder to 78cc will this malosi elektronic work with new cilinder?

Hi, I've got a 50cc Vespa primavera. I'd like to unbridle it to reach the 50 miles. I don't know anything and I would like to find a garage in Paris that can unbridle it for me. Can you give me some information?
l live in Paris. I have a 2020 Primavera 50cc. I HIGHLY recommend Republique Scooter in Saint-Cloud. +33951341436 You need to upgrade 3 items: switch out your 50cc cylinder with an 80cc cylinder kit from Malossi in conjunction with Malossi's Injtronic. You will also need a Malossi Variator kit.
i have the same model but the 2015 version and i only took off the exhaust throttles and my top speed is 68km/h. What do you think the best low priced item could i buy to make it just a little bit faster??
1. New scooter with blockades Vmax=45 (53)km/h, Avg=2.5l/100km 2. Scooter unlocked with the original ECU Vmax=60 (67)km/h Avg=2.2l/100km 3. Scooter unlocked with Malossi ECU Vmax=72 (80)km/h Avg=2.5l/100km Vmax=GPS(Speedometer)
The exhaust is 100% fabricated. Previous attempts to modify the exhaust system have not yielded "expected" results. In the intake system the air filter was changed to "double red" malossi. The change is imperceptible.
The best result: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-0I5yk7howsY.html But they changed the cylinder to 80ccm. Changes between generations are probably too big (emission standards, etc.)
