Some cheap Chinese 125ccm are slower. The next step to improve performance: 1. Malossi 3117771 and 5914211, improve torque, acceleration, 2. Malossi 6711135, improve the top speed, ...or buy Vespa 125 ccm.
Hi, recently i had installed the 79cc malossi cylinder and the ecu,and i was limited to 65km/h , after that the variator malossi was installed but it started to leak oil into the airbox, do you know how to fix this problem?
So it is just the variator to Malossi’s Multivar 2000, the CDI and removed the ring? Nothing else? No sports filter, no messing with the carburator? Thank you in advance for your answers!
Yes, that's all. I've already bought Malossi's air filter (M1414532) and kevlar belt (M6116424) but it did not improve top speed or acceleration. Maybe if you add Malossi torque driver (M619100) it will increase acceleration nothing else.
Hi, I've got a 50cc Vespa primavera. I'd like to unbridle it to reach the 50 miles. I don't know anything and I would like to find a garage in Paris that can unbridle it for me. Can you give me some information?
l live in Paris. I have a 2020 Primavera 50cc. I HIGHLY recommend Republique Scooter in Saint-Cloud. +33951341436 You need to upgrade 3 items: switch out your 50cc cylinder with an 80cc cylinder kit from Malossi in conjunction with Malossi's Injtronic. You will also need a Malossi Variator kit.
Today I check wariator in my Vespa. It don't have ring like in that movie: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-AqfXB2cyuMQ.html What I have to do to unblock my Vespa?
Check this link: www.malossistore.com/en/pl/vespa-primavera-3v-iget-50-ie-4t-euro-4-2018-2020-ca03m-vepr3vig5018-M If this is your scooter, watch this video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-fJmxHLQtzNA.html Any mods give a lower result than mine. The best suggestion is to change 50ccm to 80ccm. I have the oryginal 50ccm :)
Hi! My Vespa is 2018 50cc 3V 4T ie, restricted to 45 km max. I changed CDI to Malossi CDI and Malossi Variator kit. My top speed is 65. It seems all so restricted in exhaust, Malossi recommendation was change to euro3 exhaust, it was in CDI manual. Is yours Vespa with EURO3 exhaust? Thanks.
I have oryginal exhaust, without modyfication (I wanted buy RX Malossi exhaust from 125ccm - 500euro but it is only 50ccm, modification probably without result. I am 175cm height and 65kg weight. Engine oil MOTUL 7100 10W40, transmission oil MOTUL 80W-90, little bit more tires pressure - around 2 bar and midsize windshield. Oryginal transmission belt.
Stanislav Moshkov I found that my Vespa is C532M realise Euro2. I can't find information in manual Vespa, only on web page. Euro3 looks like 125ccm or 150ccm. I suppose that Malossi haven't special exhaust for 50ccm 4T. From 125ccm you should adapt mounting holes. That means I have silencer with Euro2.
KTMDUKE Malossi recommend to use the Euro3 exhaust system :) with they CDi for my model, for better result. I should replace the exhaust I think, to get maximum from scooter :) our bike driver license :))).
Stanislav Moshkov I'm sorry. Now I understand. You have new VESPA PRIMAVERA 3V IGet 50 ie 4T euro 4 2018-> (CA03M). Different engine and parts. I'm glad that a few parts gave such a big result in my vespa (modyfication cost about 175 euro). Higher emission standards will kill us ;) Good luck in subsequent modifications.
i have the same model but the 2015 version and i only took off the exhaust throttles and my top speed is 68km/h. What do you think the best low priced item could i buy to make it just a little bit faster??
You can't do much. If you install a different CDI, you may be able to reach 55 km/h, but only because the rev limiter is removed, the power remains the same. With the Euro 5 models, the air and fuel intake as well as the ignition spark are electronically controlled. There is no carburettor any more.
@@martinmayer3035 I made my injection Euro 5 from 3 HP to 8 HP, with a top speed of 90+, this by using a cyilinder from malossi 80CCM and Multivar 7.5 gram rolls and other parts, with the 50CC I made it go up to almost 70 km/h by using a malossi injectronic, multivar and bigger airhose from the injection to airfilterhouse. Some other tricks are needed but its too much to put in 1 comment.
The exhaust is 100% fabricated. Previous attempts to modify the exhaust system have not yielded "expected" results. In the intake system the air filter was changed to "double red" malossi. The change is imperceptible.
This is ring between half-pulley and variator. On hub for variator, for example 2311599b . Ring = limiter spacer 0812673b . Number art. from Malossi store.
Hey, when you put the Malossi CDI on your vespa did you have to reprogram it before ? How you put it straight in the scooter and drive ? And what year did you bought your Vespa ? Because the new Vespa are Euro4 now and i think the CDI that you use may not work for my Vespa Thanks
"And what year did you bought your Vespa ?" It's 2017, May (VIN ZAPC53100...). How to replace? Check this link: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-QEsR-28nmYA.html "when you put the Malossi CDI on your vespa did you have to reprogram it before ?" No, it's work plug and play.
1. New scooter with blockades Vmax=45 (53)km/h, Avg=2.5l/100km 2. Scooter unlocked with the original ECU Vmax=60 (67)km/h Avg=2.2l/100km 3. Scooter unlocked with Malossi ECU Vmax=72 (80)km/h Avg=2.5l/100km Vmax=GPS(Speedometer)
Hey mate, do you know possible what’s the problem with my setup? Removed spacer/restrictor, installed Malossi Multivar 2000 with 6,1grams roller weights, white spring which came in the box, CDI Digitronic by Malossi and also Air Filter Double Red by Malossi. Still cant pass 70km/h on the Vespa speedometer, and 60-62km/h on the GPS... Please advise, Thank you in advance!
My Vespa has a mileage of 2500 km. Its top speed is still 75km / h (GPS), but the cruising speed has dropped by about 5km / h (1500km after modifications). At the beginning of 2019 I want to buy M619100 and improve acceleration, but I will also buy M669420.G0 and M3711163 and change the belt on Malossi. I suspect lightly worn out rollers, but still at an acceptable level. What mileage do you have?
I have primavera 4t 2020 i have changed cdi unit malosi and i have a quoastion if i change cilinder to 78cc will this malosi elektronic work with new cilinder?

Hi thx for the video bro im planning on buying a cdi for my piaggio new fly 4 stroke 2017 50, and i looked at the digitronic malossi cdi (5514396) can i just buy it and simply replace my old cdi with the new one and will it work ? Thx mate
It's the same part like mine: www.malossistore.eu/digitronic-variable-advance-digital-elec-contr--piaggio-new-fly-4v-50-4t-euro-2-5514396-pifl504v-M-P Probably the same engine and effect. Plug and play. Replace CDI and show me result. I've been waiting for my CDI six weeks.
Hey ! Got some news. So i found where my cdi was and i find out my cdi was like and its this one : www.pedparts.co.uk/c/products/RAW/Piaggio_4_stroke_Ducati_Coil.jpg I dont understand its not maching with the digitronic do u know why ?
Parts for Vespa Primavera 2021 50 4t: www.malossistore.eu/en/vespa-primavera-3v-iget-50-ie-4t-euro-5-2021-cd01m-vepr3vig5021-M Check: Code 5111597 Code 6116424 ECU for type CD01M not available.
It's Vespa Primavera 50cc 4-strock. Stock without restrict ring vmax=63km/h(gps~55km/h). Replace variator on Malossi M5111597 vmax=67km/h (gps~60km/h). Change CDI on Malossi M5514396 vmax=80km/h (gps~73km/h). On flat road. Last 5 sec. Little downhill. I recomend Mid size windsheld, better top speed and wind protection.
@@exscootable Sometimes I think I have 80 ccm, but I bought a new scooter from the official Polish Vespa distribution for my country as 49 ccm with a limitation of 45km / h. My cylinder is a complete original. Changed ECU, variator, belt, removed ring on the variator.
@KTMDUKE ale miłe zaskoczenie, nie sądziłem że jesteś z Polski :) Może przegadalibyśmy temat przez jakiś komunikator, było by troszkę łatwiej. Oczywiście jeśli Tobie to odpowiada. Wymieniłem wariator i cdi na takie jak przedstawiasz w filmie. Pozdrawiam !
Hey man! I will replace variator to Malossi’s multivar 2000 (complete with the white spring); Malossi CDI; Malossi Belt; and Malossi Doble Red Air filter. My questions are: 1.I’m not supposed to mess with the carburetor and exhaust? 2.If i mess with the exhaust, what exhaust should i put? 3.What carburator main jet/size? 4.Is this all bad for the motor? Do we push the limits? Thank you in advance!!! My model is 2017 Primavera 4T 4V (C532M) ZAPC5310
Malossi kevlar belt decreases top speed about 5km/h (belt is longer than oryginal). Speed 80km/h is good compromise between aerodynamic, economic, performance and fun. I like oryginal, classic silencer in Vespa. Good performance-Malossi RX, classic look-LeoVince sitoplus. My Vespa have oryginał carburator, silencer and jet. I try remember that it is only 50ccm 4T. More power equals more heating energy equals higher consumption equals shorter life engine. For me no worth it. Now I try to increase acceleration. Maybe M6116424+M619100+M2512828=? 😁 I do it for fun👍
Looks exactly like that: www.google.pl/search?q=restrict+ring+variator+vespa&safe=active&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwiB1s-ItrjcAhVPZ1AKHfStC5YQ_AUICigB&biw=1821&bih=921#imgrc=ZkJTFaqFjuQQNM: I like watch video: VOL GAS MET JOEY and Vespa Motorsport on YT.
KTMDUKE Hi, I’ve got a restricted Primavera 50cc 4t 3v iGet 2018. In the service they told me there is no restriction ring in the CVT. All the restrictions are kind of electronic now. What do you think? Bullshit?
I can see that a lot has changed between the 2017 and 2018 models. I am glad that I bought the 2017 model, because 2018 after modifying it goes like this: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-fJmxHLQtzNA.html Hmmm ... It looks like the ring on the variator? ...? ..? My Vespa, after changing the CDI with the ring, would behave similarly, on a serial variator. Remove the cover and check if there is a ring. It will take 5 minutes. Good luck.
@aremrotk Hey, does the same Malossi upgrade work for the Vespa Sprint 50 iGet E4? Or is there a different Malossi upgrade for that? Appreciate your reply 😊
@@hot-shotlabel3212 I bought this scooter in 2017 in a Polish salon. I am the first owner. After driving 1000 km, I replaced the variator, belt, air filter, STEERING CONTROLLER VARIATOR SPRING GUIDE. After 2000 km I replaced the DIGITRONIC VARIABLE ADVANCE DIGITAL ELECTRONIC CONTROLLER, TORQUE DRIVER EXTERNAL.
