The presets are HORRIBLE. I have a Sequential prophet rev2 and it is way better. How comes that Arturia do not provide any decent preset with this software instrument? What is the point to do all this work to end up having no presets inspiring?
The Oscar is a great and underappreciated synth, but as for Stevie Wonders favourite, surely that could go to Malcolm Cecil's TONTO, The Original New Timbral Orchestra. As that was the synth used on Stevie's most legendary albums.
I totally agree. I used Hyperion wayyy back in the day in Cubase I think lol. It was one of the more popular software instruments when I first got started around 2007.

Hello, extremely interesting and I’m certainly looking to download this plug-in. A couple of things I’d like to know, is it easy to install and to work it in conjunction with logic pro? I’d like to record in midi. As for the vox Humana famous sound known to be used by the superstar Gary Numan, is there also a plug-in the equivalent of the phaser 100 which is also used on the Vox Humana to create a wider phase sound as well as the original stunning vox Humana?
Great Video ! I preferred the ATR 103. Verve sounds good but a damn shame that it doesn’t have in depth features to really get in there and get the sound you want 😭
🙏🏾🙏🏾. I feel you. I think the main point of the Verve plugin is simplicity. You can get more specific results with the ATR-102 or the Studer tape plugins.
I am simply blown away - what a phantastic job Kevin Schroeder and Hans Zimmer did!!! Thank you so much for the most overwhelming synth I've ever had! It really deserves its price! And not forget about the video, which opens up unforseen ways for experimenting!
I own a matriarch and a OB-6 .. and my OB-6 is usually deturned about -6 cents and it will drift from about 3 to about 8 cents and the matriarch has a mind of its own lol there is really no controlling that thing 😂
DUne 3 & THE hZ Legend are amazing Monsters....and maybe the two synths that a producer today only really need.. The Quality is amazing in all areas by both... personally I miss some minor details even today 😂 but the support/forum is amazing maybe they added in the future some stuff too.. Softube is top in terms of range of devices & vintage Ssound quality(moog Nr.1.) but the service is crap ...
Its funny seeing how pressed people get.. of course the one ya own is better.. its the only one ya got guy lol.. give me alittle eq and saturation i could make any synth vst sound like the real deal.. hell ive used one shots and have had aome respectable guys in the industry say what hardware you get that from.. people really think they can pick out hardware is just laughable to me
Well said! Bro, a lot of these guys aren't actually submitting music and being active in music like that so their opinion will stay in youtube comments. I've been in sessions with some of the biggest in the game. Never once have I seen a sound get pointed out as sounding like a vst or vice versa. Either its dope or its not lol. No one cares where the sound came from.
In my opinion, Softube is the leader in circuit-level analog modeling. There are other developers that are really great too, but none of them can compete with Softube's Models 72/80/82/84. They are _SPOT_ _ON_ emulations of their hardware counterparts.
Mannnn it sounds really good. I’ve been waiting for DIVA to go on sale because I like the modularity and flexibility, but this sounds great. Do you have an opinion on Legend v. Diva here in the year of our Lord, 2024?
