I have been a fan of theirs since I was 16 years old I have seen them everywhere from Ram's Head every year to everywhere else they have played when I found out they were coming to my neighborhood and performing and my beloved Heritage Fair I had my chair over there soon as the gates opened and waited all day me and my girlfriends we had a blast and I remember Steve saying there are a lot of you out there aren't there and that was true Dundalk really showed up for our Kix I am so sorry they retired thank you for this video my friend just sent it to me June 13th 2024 and I remember being there like it was yesterday watching this I am now going to send it to all of my friends thanks again this is really great I wish they were going to be there this year Linda Akers
I have known Bruce for over five years and while I have seen him get passionate at times, I can honestly affirm that he is a law abiding citizen & definitely not a violent individual. What happened to him was complete & utter BS !!
It was a tragedy beyond belief to see our beloved Key Bridge collapse especially in the way that it did. We all have sentimental memories of crossing the Key Bridge and mine was crossing it coming back home from Ocean City when my father would take us there for our family vacation every summer.
It feels like the bridge was mine, and i have kind of taken it a bit personal that the bridge is gone... i know its everyone's but it in bodies, us, and by us I meant Dundalk.
Great video Scott. The constituents in District 7 definitely need to stop re-electing career politicians like Mfume and put someone in office like Scott who truly cares about his community, his constituents, & where his constituents tax dollars go.
Great idea & video Scott. Having a memorial on both sides of the Key Bridge would be a great remembrance to all who participated in her construction & to those individuals who lost their lives.
If there are posted signs saying "no trucks", then they shouldn't be there. Around here there are several railroad crossings with well marked $1000 fine signs, no trucks, and yet trucks get routinely stuck on them and a covered bridge with a 7 foot clearance that they had to put a barracade in front of and well marked signs all around it, and it still gets hit at least once a month.

In reply, yes, if signed no trucks, then no truck, but how many times have you seen drivers ignoring the signs and not just truckers, some times trucker are diverted by the police who do not know the area, and sometimes its a satnav problem, also a language problem
So let's not post safe routes around it. We are at the mercy of gps because an atlas doesn't show surface streets. I can't necessarily blame the drivers. Many simply don't have the experience to maneuver on inner city streets.
@FreedomForMaryland yes but they're going to route you over the bridge that is no longer there. Once you're out of route it tries to put you back on route the quickest way. It will notify you of things like bridge clearance or weight restrictions but not impossible corners. Low tree limbs or any other obstacles we need to avoid. Great question.

Blame you government not the trucks. Shouldn't they be designating alternate routes for truck traffic after Singapore destroyed major US infrastructure. White House within hours proclaiming to pay for the bridge with taxpayer dollars but leaves local residents and commerce completely unsupported. Your tax dollars hard at work.
Ask Pete Buttigieg about WHY alternate Routes weren't being set up the Day after the Disaster, THAT is his bloody job, this is a National Port with a Key Bridge in the system. Not just Alternate Routes, but Re- evaluating the Roads that need to be used, for Weight capabilities, and Turning radiuses for trucking, even only allowing Shorter Trucks to Minimise the Problems. The Administration at ALL Levels needs to be Employed here.
@@scottcarr3264 I am working on a plan right now and have a few videos in the works that will help bring pressure.to resolve current issues and improve the entire system. I believe my request would more than likely be totally ignored as other request have been in the past. If you have areas of concern that you would like to discuss on or off camera I would be happy to hear what you have to say. I have been reporting on truck route issues for many years but no one in power is willing to discuss ways to improve the current problems. Are you a concerned citizen or a trucker?
Donna RZEPKA: It won’t let me into it w google??? You post my comment Trucks for quite awhile now are running east n west on O’Donnell Street these days!!! Back in the mid 80’s, my 8 year old cousin, Laura Smith was killed by a tractor trailer when crossing the street from the shopping center with her 6 n 10 yr old sisters. Police held him at gunpoint trying to get him to move the tandem wheels off of her, she lived 30 hours. I’ve been in the trucking industry since 1975, and none of this is right for the community!!!

I would argue that the taxpayers are getting screwed out of a fully functional public safety system that they are paying through the nose to fund. That includes our very brave firefighters and police!
It all starts at the top and unfortunately we all know who that is and that person must go. Just in case there is any doubt it’s our wonderful County Executive Johnny O and he must go !!
I am sure he can point his finger in a thousand different directions and blame someone else. You get what you vote for and that vote will always get you a big fat 0 just like it did with his father Daddy 0!
Just like the old adage goes “the apple doesn’t fall too far from the tree” Johnny O learned how to be a self serving & corrupt politician from one of the best in the business, his daddy.
I am not sure what you are talking about but I have been following Pat for over a decade and have seen him do some impressive things. For instance, Pat is actively fighting for our firefighters and our police right now.

Pat is an entrepreneur and long time talk show host that has worked in the private sector for years - even more so recent years after he chose not to run for his old seat again in the state legislature, which he could have easily got back.. He let some new people have it..
Johny Zero has run Baltimore County into the ground. I call it the new Baltimore County. Even if crime is less today than it one year ago it fluctuates up and down in the county. And I can tell you it is up overall from a decade ago. Johny Zero does NOT deserve a promotion!

@@DundalkTV That’s a good point! I didn’t even think about it like that. lol.. He hit record high homicides rates in Baltimore county(2019 in particular), it had no where to go but back down at some point. lol. Good point…..
