I learned how to sleep on my back mostly because I heard it helps with face symmetry but now I'm preparing for a breast reduction and I'm very happy I'm comfy sleeping on my back.

Smoking with decrease the oxygen intake in your lungs and it’s possible for death to occur under these circumstances same with eating because you could involuntarily vomit and choke and this can lead to possible death. Listen to your doctors/ surgeons care takers when they give the instructions before going into surgery
