Hi Melinda, Glad you’re doing well. July has been a very busy month, I celebrated my birthday and my 35th anniversary… ply my sister came for a visit too.😊 I bought the exact same Mac eyeshadow and eyeliner set, plus the Gucci Guilty gift set from the Nordstrom sale.😊

I totally agree about your views on Dior. No need to apologize and yes, we should still enjoy our Dior items without having to feel guilt. Your bags are beautiful! I am glad that your surgery went well. I hope you have a wonderful time. On planes I don’t worry about the water and just brush my teeth in the bathroom and don’t swallow it. The only time I didn’t was on the way home from Bali as the water in Bali can make you very ill but flying from the US or the UK I just don’t swallow it. The water in both places is safe but different from the water I am used to in Melbourne.
😂When I saw your Chloe Basket Bag unboxing After years of considering it, I finally bought it. I use it every day for work with a Neverfull mm organizer. When out shopping, I use it without the organizer. Love that bag!
I have a bag in a similar color to your Tiffany bag, I love the color but find it hard to match with my clothes. I'm too scared to wear it with jeans/denim because of color transfer
I understand that. For denim I take a white cloth and rub very hard any area the bag would touch and if no blue comes off on the cloth you are good to go!
Of course you should keep using your Dior bags! I kept using my Balenciaga bag when they had a scandal because it cost a lot of money and I am not a super rich person that can just let something go to waste. I really love your Woody tote with the round base, if I didn't live in such a rainy place or if i went on more vacations I would get one
Same here. I still use my Balenciaga city tote once in a while which I bought way before the scandal. It's too expensive to just throw away. But it's my one and only Balenciaga. I don't support their messaging, but I don't have to throw away my bag that I saved for.
It’s hard to believe that any husband would fly to Las Vegas to purchase a $10,000+ bag- you have a good one. My husband would divorce me. Those bags are so expensive.

I also have Dior and I will also continue to use the bag. You are absolutely right that we can’t change anything by getting rid of what we already have. It is sad that that is happening but it is not just Dior.
I love Housewives, too! It's so fun looking at their wardrobes. The Miami housewives have fabulous bags. I've been neglecting my Louis Vuitton Almas, which used to be my favorites. I think they'll come back into rotation come fall. I use my raffia and fabric bags in the summer. I second your perspective on Dior bags and mass manufacturing. I would even buy other bags, so long as it's an item that I can see in my wardrobe for many years. That's how I view things when I buy clothes, electronics and cars. It's just how it is nowadays.
I love the eye candy on Beverly Hills too! Sometimes they’ll only show part of the bag and I’m like nooooo show it lol. I totally agree with you. It seems to be the way things are now. Which is sad but that’s just how it is.
Glad your surgery went well and everything turned out well. I love London and Paris and my husband and I do the same thing flight wise when we travel to Europe. We pay the extra for the trip over so we can sleep and fly in the less expensive seats on the way back because we would never sleep during the day anyway - why spend the $$ 🤷🏻♀️. As far as a rain jacket - I have a lovely lightweight rain jacket from Cole Haan that I wear a lot. I live in Florida and it rains a lot here but is super hot so it works well for me. I have some heavier ones as well, but my Cole Haan lightweight rain jacket goes with me everywhere. Have a great trip and can’t wait to see your trip video when you get back. 😊
Thank you! Yes exactly, we won't lie down during the day and if I want a little nap the seat reclines nicely. I found a rain jacket from Columbia, just waiting for it to arrive to make sure it isn't hot. I hear ya with Florida, it is hard to wear a rain jacket here in TN too.

Dear why should you get rid of your dior bags !! You paid for them - I feel the same . I keep the ones i have and I will think hard about buying from Them again. .. but tbh I doubt the other brands are different. Honestly classic flaps are MASS produced.. I DOUBT the leather and hardware as is cost them more than 70 or so USD per bag to machine produce in MASS
What you said about the sunshine tote - I love wearing bags that are bigger than what I carry. More bag on show (beautiful leather !) and some wiggle room should I get some more stuff to carry whilst on the way.. don’t feel the need to fill it up at all so do bring it to lunch especially on a day you bring a jacket with you in case or an umbrella et.c

For the Tiffany bag I can see it with a denim and white tee or shirt outfit, crisp white sneakers, perfection! Completely agree with you about the Dior bags! I’m wearing mine proudly! I have a limited edition one and I would never ever sell it, I have such good memories from the day I bought it, it was one of the best shopping experiences ever. Currently debating buying anything from Dior, it’s a hard decision, specially since they now have my ultimate dream bag, a Red (not patent leather) Mini Lady Dior. It’s the perfect shade of red, it’s my most used size for the Lady Dior… completely torn at this point.
I totally understand that! It is really hard to buy from them right now but I do feel those of us in the luxury community are pretty small and their sales won't drop because of the scandal. You just have to do what your heart tells you to.

I would visit FSH and Sevre. FSH is a must for H lovers. At Sevre is beautiful and you can have tea, coffee, a little treat. St. George is small and just ok. Have fun!
In regards to the Vuitton Neo bucket bag's shoulder strap, I agree the strap is so very comfortable. My girls gifted me a cream colored Neo Noe bucket bag for my birthday last year. I also agree about the caramel leather trim which I thinks the color match ever the Vuitton monogram print. Jealous of the wrecker Capucine bag.
I have the Target dupe for your Chloe bad and I love it. I didn’t know it was a Chloe bag until I watched this. I paid $15 at Goodwill so I don’t feel bad taking it to the pool. lol
Your Dior bag is beautiful and you should wear it when you feel comfortable. We all made purchases in good faith and don’t owe anyone any explanation ❤. I have a couple of bags that haven’t been worn and so I’ve decided to buy outfits just to wear with them maybe that will help me enjoy them.
I got the nautical print Neonoe last Spring and have only used it three times 😔 I had this vision in my head of me sitting on boat in the Italian Riviera in a white dress and this beautiful bag. I went to Italy and didn't even take it with me! Why do we do this LOL

Thank you! I hope people will keep and use their beautiful bags as well. That is a great idea to test a color you are unsure of. A trick of mine is to take a white cloth and rub it against the clothing you are going to wear with the bag with anywhere the bag will touch. If no color comes back on the cloth you are good to go!
