First let me say I’m not hating, but this is how it goes I don’t race anything that puts me in a no win situation another words if I raced a beater looking 80s Toyota with my Corvette C8 and won people would be like big deal…. so it’s a lose lose no matter what the outcome! lol that is a Fairpoint because I’m running 4.42:1 rear gear ratio for drag racing from a dig. I’d have to do the math, but I’m fairly confident that that is beyond my top speed anyways.

@REPNS373NS the 3uz is only good if you’re going to keep it naturally aspirated the one you can handle far more boost because it’s more beefy internals especially if you go the earlier ones like I went with the 92

I Remember When GM Introduced Those New Engines, Duramax & Allison Drive Lines, I Sold Those HD Silverado’s, HD Suburbans, Stripped & Chasis Bodies New.. That 8100 Was One Tuff Engine, With That Allison Trans @ Rear Diff. 2500HD - 6500HD, Did You Keep That Rear Diff From The Donor You Did Away With?
A lot of strategy. I wanted to get it down as low as I possibly could while still making it a functional daily driver and the appearance of factory original. A lot of the reduction of the supra is just luxury stuff like converting over to a manual seat instead of electric seats. The electric seats alone or 7578 pounds while the conversion to the factory mechanical seats brought them down to under 25 pounds each.
Dude, you didn't set the motor at 8° below 10:49 TDC of number one. You may have a real bad time trying to get timing right ever again. Those old Case tractors are not forgiving when it comes to timing that injector pump.
you know if you wet sand the primer before color base it will make the body look more mirrorize glossy and more slickey I done it once on a gas cap door on a truck bed but it has to be scruff before the base color so the paint can stay on. I did use a 1500 grit wet sand paper on the primer not 400 grit

Yeah I got certified PPG back in 2009 I think and they really drove home the importance of PPE that’s a really nice respirator I’m wearing there, and I’ll tell you what I’m so glad I’ve had that respirator the past five years because whenever I had to do diaper duty, it really came in handy lol
Tried that got a Maniford pressure warning and then my floor pan flew off still trying to figure out how and then the guy I lined up with did a burnout while doing a wheelie. physics was just now working that day
