There was a YT-2400 light freighter on Star wars Rebels but a bunch of young kids flew it that called themselves the Iron Squadron and the ship was called Sato's Hammer. I remember being let down it wasn't Dash Rendar and the Outrider because the ship and the man should be Canon.
I went to D23 on Sunday and they were gone and struck out online hopefully they make more to sell at the parks I don’t see them spending all that time and money just to make 3k pieces
Hi mate. I managed to get one as well, yes very stressful. I set up a MyUs postal box for the Barge a few years ago and so had to reverent the account. Managed to do this 30mibs before the launch time! Went on line at 4pm UK and managed to grab one. All sold out by 4.08! Cant wait to get it. They did a 3.75 one a few years ago in red. This looks much better plus a carded fig! Just got to wait for delivery now.
Really pleased you managed to acquire one and how cool is Lara V for scorching one for you. This is something I would definitely have been interested in, but in no way am I annoyed you managed to get one. Looking forward to the review.

I’m glad I was hybernating down here in the Australian winter, collecting firewood and giving my MOTU collection some love, because the FOMO on this would have been just too much! The LCD screen is just next level. I do have the SS1000 sealed in it’s box, but since this one has superseded it so beautifully, I may actually open it after all this time. Good for you man! 🙌

In case you didn’t know, it comes with 2 Rex figures one on card and one loose so you don’t have to open the carded one. Imagine that? Hope Hasbro is paying attention.

I"m so fucking angry they again put this up on an easily bot-farmable limited event instead of taking preorders and raking in the cash. Sat on the website from three hours before the window opened and was greeted by a queue of 27000 people.... and that queue went down by 5-6000 at a time which just can't happen when people have ten minutes of shopping time and checkout takes some time.
Way to go. I was afraid I wasn't going to get one. Today I got confirmation that mine had shipped. I was worried that I would get an email giving me a refund and apologizing for their mistake. Now I am convinced I have one. I was also thrilled to learn that it comes with an R2-D2 as well as two Rex figures. One carded and one loose. Hasbro could learn from that. Imagine a HasLab Ghost with special carded figures and loose ones to use in the ship. My only complaint is that I bought an Extra Rex and R2 before I knew they were included loose. Oops. Man, do I miss vehicles w/lights & sounds! Unfortunately missed this! 😢😢😢 Hope they produce a 2nd run some how, or at least reuse the tooling to make the newer Starspeeders, since this one is based on the original version.
Its a nice playset Nick bud its to big and have no place to display it. Whit pain in my heart i had it to let it go. Bud no worries for me its not the end of the world. Congrats with the nice playset.😊😊😊
What a self-own by Disney, they could of made 4 times this number of this product and still would of sold out. At least they could re-release it without the lights and sounds and make it more widely available for cheaper.
Mine broke in less than 24hrs and doesn’t even turn on anymore. Was able to get a refund but I won’t announce the drama. When it worked it was pretty amazing the screen is super clear it does not play in sequence but the nostalgic feels are all there. Good luck with your purchase.
Mine did not work right out of the box. Flickering lights in the cabin and that's it. No sound or screen. Hoping someone knows a fix. Holding off on a refund for now.
Heyyy I live 5-10 minutes away from Disney Springs in Orlando. It has the closest theatre to my house so I'll be going there in a few days to watch Alien: Romulus. I usually visit the Star Wars store when I'm there. It would be really cool if I saw you randomly in there.

I had quite an ordeal getting one myself it took me a couple tries to get one in my cart. I was persistent and I managed to snag one. I have always wanted a StarSpeeder for my 3.75 figures. I’ve been trying to obtain the old StarSpeeder 1000 anywhere online and either I couldn’t justify the price or didn’t have the money if I found one selling for a reasonable price. $300 for an all new one with electronics/lights & sounds, LED screen and a base with pack in figures. It seemed like a better deal than going for the older model selling on Ebay for $700-$1000 dollars. With the investment Disney put into this collectible it wouldn’t surprise me if we see it again somewhere down the line maybe with the 1000 deco and a couple other details to make it accurate to the 1000 StarSpeeder like add a Captains Chair in the cockpit with C-3PO figure
Awesome toy, but I won’t support Disney. Did you hear about the new Monsters Inc. land they announced at Hollywood Studios? Apparently it could replace Muppets 3d and Star Tours 😢. Disney is wanna wipe out Lucas’ masterpiece. WTF! Glad you got to keep a piece of this rides history if true.
Congrats on getting one. I saw so many people posting stories with their experience and how chaotic it was and how many of them didn't up with it or had to go to Ebay right away before it skyrocketed. I know Victoria from Victoria's Cantina had to do that. Hopefully Disney learns something from this and makes it available again but I doubt it'll happen. Like I said before it's very much that Haslab once in a lifetime thing. But what a kind gesture from Laura that she got one and to everyone else who offered and tried. The generosity of the community never ceases to amaze me. Anyway I think that's it for now but knowing me I've forgotten some stuff. Looking forward to the next video. Have a lovely holiday.

Yeah ever sense I got the 1000 speeder it was my favorite toy when I was younger and now that I’m a young collector I was dead set on getting this but I got sick and never got it. Shame it was so exclusive but congrats. Hope they rerelease the 3000.
I hope they make a non exclusive version without the exclusive numbered figure, possibly weathering and hopefully with the video sequence in correct order because this version the scenes are not in the correct order. 💪🤔
