We’ve made something similar before and called it Mexican dip. We’d eat it with corn chips. The lettuce makes it a salad and I’d be tempted to grab some of those and put it on my salad before the sour creme…then it’s a taco salad. Yum…love ya too!

I saw your leftover biscuits & it reminded me of my grandmother. She would take leftover biscuits and make either cinnamon & sugar biscuit toast or cheese biscuit toast for us the next morning. I loved them with a big bowl of oatmeal or grits growing up. It's still one of my favorites especially in the winter. I raised my children on this & my grandchildren too.
