The real OG followers have seen you day in and day out working out in the gym, even twice a day. He’s worked really hard to lose weight and it’s amazing to see his dedication to being healthy. It serves like great motivation for sure. It’s sad that people will think this about him when he’s been hitting the gym hard for over a year even when he’s outta town. Great job Benny 👏🏼
My man stopped drinking soda and eating heathy no sugar for 5 months and went from 190 to 160 hella fast and with working out. I think people need to stop assuming and mind their dam business. You look healthy and happy and that’s all that matters! ❤

You look good, dang it’s crazy on how you can’t get in a diet and eat right and look good cuss apparently we on drugs and other bs 🤦♀️ 😆 that’s crazy! We’ll continue to amazing workouts, I’m on the road to a healthier life hitting the gym 5 days and have a personal trainer for 3 days and I’ve been there for 1 whole month and I feel amazing. Continue to push y’all don’t stop, just remember you do it for you and not others ppl will always talk wether we’re fat or skinny periodttt
This drug is really bad. It is meant to not make you hungry. It slows your gut down and takes the urge to eat away. Not only that, but it demineralizes your bones. A lot of the weight loss is from losing bone mass and muscle wasting. It’s horrible for you. Look into it! It’s really only meant for people with diabetes

i just think it's all the same. you can be unhealthy and going to the gym more than a lot of people who are healthy. i dont think the gym and dieting is everything and people over encourage it both of those things could be negative. this is the same for drugs , the same for plastic surgeries. everything can be negative. i js think people need to stop trying to dictate the "healthy way" etc just mind your business and live life, as long as you're healthy, actual health (balanced body mind and soul ), NOT skinny, thick, and what ever other dumb societal expectation people have self constructed from all our own insecurities and traumas. It's a cycle, for years.
