HELLO I CHANGE THE FUEL PUMP RELAY BUT IT STILL HARD TO START HELP

The location seems to be easier to access on 94-96 Accords, but the relay part number is the SAME for 90-93 Accords (and some Acura models, too!) Good video.

Would it hurt to have removed your keys for the video?

Can you tell me why my accord isn’t starting ,replace fuel pump ,temperature gauge ,the main relay wasn’t working so we hooked a flip switch to it and fuel pump turns on, but the car won’t turn on now , crank no start please someone help me is it the starter module?

Do you have any idea how to keep a broken battery door to shut so it makes a good connection.

Found this plus the comments and I fixed my 94 Honda Accord from not cranking in the heat with a simple solder of Fuel Pump Relay Switch, easy and cheap to fix over all the alternatives. Thank you and I hope you all have a blessed day or night peace ✌️🦉🖖

Thanks man this really helped, we thought it was the fuel pump replaced it and it didn't fix the problem looked into it and found it was the main relay. Didn't know how to fix it and found this video.

I loved your video thank you so much ...tragically my car is stuck on the side of the road right now so I will have to just buy a fuel relay switch tomorrow morning...I just wanted to ask you if there's any special tools that I might need as I will have to be traveling to the site where my car is stuck???? from your video it kind of looks like it just pops out is that true or should I bring screwdrivers or anything I might need???

I've bought 2 brand new relays and nothing but if a use a jumper between 7 and 8 and turn the key on fuel pumps out just fine (disconnected at the fuel rail just after the fuel filter under hood) any idea what's not working? ECU?

This didn't fix mine. I even replaced it. You seem to know a lot. My 95 honda accord just died while going down the road. Now it won't start. It turns over just won't start. I replaced Main fuel pump module. I tested the fuel pump. It's fine. Timing belt is fine. I do not hear the fuel pump come on. I've checked under dash fuses. Distributor plugs and wires have been recently replaced. Any suggestions. Check engine light is on

I want to hear a cassette stereo breakdown of tones ,data, or whatever is on the control audio channel and how it relates to the actual "story" audio on the other channel so I could make my own tapes of stories, jokes or whatever. Not a rocket .....it can be done......Thanks again for an in depth teardown. Also could use the IDEAL battery door front plate from somebody's trashed bird as the battery door wont close not allowing batteries to work. Yes I could just put in a DC jack...probably the best fix anyway to turn it on remotely.

I'm having a problem with the civic where I press on the brake, it blows the fuse.

cc7 VERSION V beginns 93 :) .. now its 2021 .. i fix the main relay in 2012 and its running, but now problems with rear cable or pump :( hope to fix it again, without fuelpump change.

I get mine started in afternoon by putting an ice pack on it
