Hey, I have a question. When I attempt to clone my OS drive to a larger NVME I get the following error: "Failed to create snapshot for following partitions, error message: Recovery(0) ESP(1) Partition(4) Do you want to lock partition and continue?" What's causing this? Thanks for any help.
It took a really long time I stayed up and the migration kept going and I made sure the "keep PC awake during migration" setting was on. Next morning my pc is sleeping so I assume it finished and went to sleep after it was done and I see absolutely nothing on my SSD and HDD is all the same. Spent 4 and a half hours doing the recovery mode and it scanned the files it should have migrated I have no idea why it deleted it when I was away surely they would assume people wouldn't want to sit there for the whole 9-12 hour long process. Currently trying to figure out how to fix this, haven't received a response from customer support
I want to clone my hdd to ssd I recently replaced my hhd with ssd and Stored my all data in physical device now I want to clone from hdd to ssd in a way that don't need to reinstall my softwares Is this works for me?
Maybe the usb drive can help too because it can repair by using cmd to fix bcd Oh, and another one, don't use easybcd because it will corrupt your pc if you remove the bcd of your own windows except if you want to make it clone
In this scenario, I got both of the hard drives connected at the same time, old SSD on SATA port, new Nvme on M.2 port. Then i boot windows from old SSD. Then migrate OS from old SSD to new name. The USB external hard drive is just to let Acronis software to recognize that I am using one of the WD products so it will give me 5 year license.
Thanks for the tutorial! However, I have a small issue: when I want to put a RU-vid video in full screen while I have defined a specific zone, the video goes full screen on the entire screen instead of just the defined zone. How can I fix this?
So the SAFEST way to Clone a Drive using Backupper is to boot the Computer up from an External USB Hard Drive, do a Full Disk Backup of the Original Hard Drive to an external Hard Drive, install the new HDD/SSD into the Computer, and then Restore the Hard Drive Backup onto the new HDD/SDD. This way if things don't go according to plan or you Always have the Original Drive as a Backup and a Full Backupper Backup of the original Hard Drive
Absolute legend. I had cloned my HDD to my SSD but couldn't understand why I lost most of my storage. Thanks to you I now have access to my entire SSD. Let the gaming continue!
i have a windows 10 cloned HD and bought a new windows 11 computer which has windows 11 on it. The new computer just has windows 11 pro on it. How do I transfer all data and programs to windows 11 computer?

HELP! I installed a Kingston NV2 M.2 on my MSI x99s Gaming 7 motherboard, then i swapped out my RAM from 4x Kingston fury to (16Gb) 2x Crucial Vengeance (32 Gb) , then i followed your video to clone from my Crucial BX100 250 gb ssd.
