Great job explaining! I have it also. 20 years with the last 5 have been the most intense with doctors, meds and scary experiences. You’re handling this so well. I take it one day at a time. I practice this value set. I walk a shaman path. I personally knew several of these people. One is a long ago boyfriend. I walked amidst the fairies, and I had a tribe. I was displaced by gaslighting and unbearable narcissistic abuse. I am still in pain.
Hey Donald. I'm very sorry about your pain. I was abused, bullied, exploited for years in alternative religions. The damage these people can do are severe. They often lack frameworks, institutional accountability, and cultures which pressure leaders to behave well to members. There's not much support avaliable - its hard to find someone who understands your background, or the context of what you went through. You'll be in my thoughts and prayers too.

I stayed at the one in New Mexico for a few weeks. There was a great bonfire drumming night with someone passing out LSD. Way back in 1998. Turned out to be a really fantastic night.
