Love the recipes! I would like more ideas, and some quick ones, too. I like how you eat healthy. Maybe, like a rotation, food, outdoor activities, travel and fashion. What you always do, lol, but more cooking ideas.
Thanks for sharing. I think you use too much sugar, that isn't healthy over time. Consider to leave it out. OK i make my own grain free bread aswell. what i do is i use greek yoghurt, eggs and always use a good extra vergine olive oil. the bread is usually flaxseed based. i don't really like the big pieces in there.
Bonjour, moi je me fais des panes de noix grillées ave des épices. Pour que ça colle ensemble, j'utilise des graines de lin moulu, ça sert de liant . et je mets les 4 épices, graines citrouilles, tournesols, amandes, sésames, grenobles et des brisures de chocolat. 16 min a 350°. Just count calories. Go for 1200 calories per day and keep that up for a week. You'll loose weight. It'll teach yourself moderation and choosing healthier options.
