I like going to sleep and also first thing waking up is getting a hot water bottle (flat one) in bed in my neck. It helps my body to know it can relax. I like using eucalyptus scent if I have a high breathing to relax and 100% natural lemon balm tea is my go to when I am feeling anxious, it reduces your cortisol and helps increasing your natural GABA. There is also a practice laying down or sitting with your head held straight ahead, eyes turning to your right as far as possible, hold, not blink, until you yawn or get chills, still not moving your head only straight, same to your left, until you yawn again. And then look straight ahead again. It resets your nervous system. Big hug 🤗
