The biggest mistake in the legal proceedings had nothing to do with the letter of the law; it was not allowing a televised presentation. If not allowing a televised version was to prevent a circus atmosphere, allowing the Barnum/Bailey circus barker himself to force feed a media narrative was the absolute height of folly. And though it continued each and every day after a court proceeding, and though it was deemed by almost every pundit to be corrosive, nothing was done to prevent it. Asking how that circumstance came about will most likely be as revealing as it is painful. You have a known grifter with at least six decades of experience looking for loopholes and both the courts and media gave this one served on a platter with a side of bacon. The jury, courtroom staff and their families are being threatened every day. They must have known that this would happen, so Harry, I do think that they are heros.

According to Trump, he is going to be a dictator if elected, he will make it law, if that’s the case, a president can do anything, then President Biden should proclaim he is President for life and appoint his successor now before the election in November, President Biden should eliminate congress, the Supreme Court immediately according to Trump, President Biden has that power.
1. The Constitution says you have to be 35+, natural born citizen, and NOT be an insurrectionist. Trump is an insurrectionist based upon multiple court rulings. SCOTUS said he can be ON the ballot, but if we're too follow the Constitution, he can't actually BE president. 2. After being found guilty on all 34 charges, a court clerk gave Trump a "Court Order for Investigation and Report." The form directs Trump to "report immediately to the department of probation." I don't think he did that. Any consequences for him not following NY law? Again.

We all need to stop enabling the former president. He done the crime and he needs to do the time. He is not better than any other person that has went to prison at the age of 77. The law is the law. He is still in denial. The only way he can start maybe to understand is by getting the consequences hopefully.
Sorry Harry but I disagree with you. If Trump gets sent to prison and he does not go in right away there will be hell to pay across the country as nobody NOBODY else would be allowed to not go to prison for a few years until the appeals process has fully been worn out. There will be riots and protests all over the country and the rule of law ends and so does Biden's chances of winning November!
