The current Cambodian population pretends to be the ancient Khmer tribe, even though the current Cambodian population came from slave labor, who were traded from other regions by the Cham and Malay merchants who brought them to sell and exchange goods for the ancient Khmer tribes. They were important laborers in the construction of the city until one day these laborers rebelled and overthrew the original owners who were the ancient Khmer tribes, driving them out of the city and the area until they were all gone. These laborers took over the city instead of the original owners until their descendants became the current Cambodian population. As for the ancient Khmer tribes who were driven out, they came to build houses and build new cities in the Chao Phraya River basin in present-day Thailand until it became a progressive and strong kingdom because the ancient Khmer tribes were a quality ruling class with a long-standing culture and civilization, different from the current Cambodian population who could not develop the country further, causing the country to deteriorate, uncivilized and uncultured. However, their distinctive characteristic is that they are stubborn, use force more than intelligence, and do not listen to any scientific reasoning at all. They were brainwashed by their country's politicians to make it easier to rule by using the method of inciting nationalism that they came from the ancient Khmer tribes, even though their DNA is completely different because of them. Coming from the islands of Sumatra and Java and some parts of South African Borneo, this is where the current Cambodian population comes from, not ancient Khmer at all.Kun Khmer claim and copy MuayThai.
If you come to Greece at summer we have over 40 degrees but you swimming all day. I have heard about skin infections in Thailand. What kind of food can you it there? Because i have heard that if you are European you maybe have stomach problems if you try their food.
Hey man, great video thanks for uploading. I've been to Cambodia, it's awesome isn't it. Would you recommend this gym? I am quite beginner - i've done a bit of kickboxing. I'd just like to do pad work, for cardio really - would like to train maybe a few weeks / 1 month. What do you think would be a good range of time? How long did you train for? Thanks man!
Thank you bro! Give us some tops for the food also. Iam afraid to taste new foods. What do you eat there every single day before and after trainings? Iam also from Europe. From Greece. Our food its great but i guess you can't find Greek food in Thailand. What can we eat there and what's the daily cost?
Hellow bro! Your channel is amazing! I want to try Santai Muay Thai camp for a month. Do you find easy food there? Is it cheap? I am thinking to keep money and go there. I am not a fighter. Iam 33 years old and i just discovered this muay thai experience in Thailand. I am training kick boxing for about 2 month's and iam in a good body condition because i do calisthenics for 10 years. I live in Europe and i don't like it here. I want some big change in my life, so this trip would be a good idea.
Went to Rawai Muay Thai up the road on 3 occasions. Padu was one of the trainers there, I guess he's moved on. My face totally lit up when I saw it was him "NO WAY IT'S PADU!" Lad is a complete and utter legend! Also the guy at 6:50 was there. I remember one day I was totally stuck to get money out the ATM, drove me down to the 7-11 to get it. When we got back I offered him like 200 baht, he just looks at me like 'What the hell are you doing?' Absolute gems these guys, kinda getting emotional watching it, lotta good memories coming back. Great vids keep em coming 🙏
Was definitely shocked with the prices since im a local in baguio the gym that im currently training at is 100 pesos walk in and become free when you compete for them and other gyms that my friends train are 2k pesos monthly and yes atleast in my experience gyms here are more you kinda do your own training kru provides feedback and you kinda build your routine of that thats all love from baguio
Hello Gaz, if you find yourself in the south of Manila next time, in a place called Cavite, do check out Biagtan Muay Thai. I trained there 10 years ago, and my experience there was very enjoyable. Plus, the main Kru there, Raysaldo Biagtan, has a lot of fighting experience. I once saw the man shadow box while wearing a gas mask. Dude is a beast.
Some MMA/muay Thai gyms are very pricey for pilipinos who actually want to learn the martial arts, since there is more gym equipment/machines to use for a better strength and conditioning to train with. 700-1500 pesos?? I might just build my own gym at a yard 😂 (im broke)
Honestly, you shouldve went to baguio! Thats where most of our esteemed fighters train in MMA and kickboxing. You should try finding lions Gym in km.4 of Team lakays gym km.5-6 in Pico.
Awesome video man! I'm planning on training at Charn Chai a month in August. I hope to Swing into Dang! Muay Thai in Chiang Mai on my way in and out of Thailand.
To everyone who thinks Kun khmer is a muay Thai copy, please shut the hell up and take your time to look back and deep into history. You'll be damn shik shack shook to find out that Kun khmer is the ancestor of Muay Thai. Not to disrespect Muay Thai but please do not disrespect Kun khmer ever.
