Thanks mate 👍🏻 I do both group and private sessions. Private sessions are a lot easier to film though and I don't get in the way of other people!

There's honestly so many mate. I'd say to pick 3 or 4 gyms and try each one out and decide yourself. Personally, I'd stay clear of staying on site and find some accommodation nearby as I feel like staying at the gym can be a bit much

Phuket is a little bit more expensive. Koh Samui and Koh Phangan is cheaper.

I prefer the vibe on Koh Samui. There's some more chilled spots and a decent muay thai scene! Phuket is definitely more £££

Thanks for the kind words mate! I'd say try a few gyms in the first couple of days and join where you vibe the most. Honestly mate, I couldn't pick as they all have different vibes
