the color of the bread and taste , also depends on how much you want to reduce. overall, the impact is not huge

I dis exact measurement but its not working. 1 cup All purpose Flour, half cup wheat starch and some salt and it didn’t work. Can you please put down recipe with exact measurement in english please

use scale please! I never recommend people using measurement cups spoons to make cakes and some special chinese Dimsums unless you are super experienced.

是的 当然你的鸡蛋的蛋白重量 蛋黄重量要合适 正常来说 蛋黄18g 蛋白34-37g 我的鸡蛋都是这个比列

有没有人真的按照她教的做过?我做过,不行的。包子发好之后放冷冻,又回缩变小了,拿出来蒸发不起来了。成了橡皮包子。

糖太多了吧!白砂糖15克在蛋黄,65克在蛋白,还有30克蜂蜜。这些糖加起来就已经110克了?是总重量510克的1/5。我在别的网站看到不是65克白砂糖而是35克

Maomao 感谢分享 刚想在costco买厨师机呢 就看到你的测评了。请问做中式面点 比如包子 饺子比较多的家庭 家庭人口多起来了,每次至少和1斤多的面粉,这样的使用量 推荐多大的厨师机啊。感觉 需要6qt以上了吧。我也看到KA那款8qt的了。您入手了吗?感觉咋样

6Qt的最多揉面7斤吧 这么说吧 揉再多的面 我都是两斤一揉 这样揉醒交替 完全不耽误时间的 后来我入了大功率的240v的和面机 坐式的那种

在将米饭打成浆这一步是整个过程最不方便的 超粘的米糊很难从仪器里面拿得干净比较浪费材料 破壁机里剩下的米浆也很不好清洗
