WOAH, WAIT, STOP. every other piece of information about li's background has insisted he WAS NEVER PREVIOUSLY DIAGNOSED WITH SCHIZOPHRENIA,NOT UNTIL AFTER THE INCIDENT. this is a really important discrepancy regarding his criminal responsibility for the act ..... but then again, i am american, i cant speak much to the difference in criminal proceedings up there .... still, i think this is a REALLY IMPORTANT piece of info. wonder which one is to be trusted ????!!!?
The RCMP was more interested in protecting their image than in saving the lives of the innocent people who were murdered. The slow response makes a person wonder if one of those guys was mixed up in the assault.
Food for thought : We are required to wear a helmet when riding a bike, no longer allowed to ride in a open truck bed ,allow a school student to walk to school, get off a bus without a chaperone to hold their hands. Chaperones for “children “ old enough to produce children of their own and drive a car . We don’t regulate submersible death traps . We hold drug dealers in destain and people that give alcohol to a 16 year old at family dinners or in parental supervision . Think about that .

There’s a thread here, poor neighborhoods and mostly uneducated people. Condolences to all but this underscores a burning reality, people are generally very dumb. Might as well ban knives too
