Found it a bit odd that they only used enemies from the final two tiers here, I smell an ultimate with every major FF boss in the long run, we've yet to see the Emperor, Sephiroth, Ultimecia and Kuja tho...

Hey, sorry for the slow response, haven't been checking this channel often. I manually mix all of the audio (I work with a muted file and add all of the sound effects personally), so the ratios are different for each fight. Typically boss effects (damage) are at about half the volume of the music, and ambient effects are slightly lower. I also try to take distance into account when mixing the audio.
I see these 'Ultimate Raids' as something closer to "reality", I mean like they show their actual enormous power, that they ACTUALLY FEEL THE BADASSES THEY ARE!

I'm using ReShade to enhance the graphics quality slightly. The game by default is a little too desaturated for me. There's a lot of youtube guides on how to set it up if you're interested.

Thanks, glad you enjoyed it. I love the sound design in this game and making these videos has become kind of an obsession. I've been thinking of adding alliance raids and dungeons since the channel is getting some views now.
Nice job adding the VFX! A little sad that the P6 theme is mistimed tho (it starts just when you can see her eyes, not right away). Other than that, great.
this being the first time i watch a full run made me so surprised to see a BSoD that i had to google if it was a thing fr, LOL. it's a nice editing touch and i wish it was implemented in the actual fight :(
I think it was an act plugin called hojoring, I doubt it's supported anymore. There's probably similar plugins that do the same thing but I don't know what they are, sorry. You could check XIVLauncher.
A cheat. You can report this player with the video link and get them banned. There are too many cactpot losers in FFXIV raiding these days that need the game to play itself for them

Yknow, growing up with FFT, I always wondered how that soundtrack would sound with a full orchestra behind it. Turns out PRETTY DAMN GOOD!! Holy crap that was some serious whiplash hearing the Perfect Ajora theme blaring through my headphones.
