This is a channel dedicated to bike riding, especially for learners and beginners (LAMS). I live in Melbourne Australia where awesome riding routes are plentyful. I still consider myself a beginner rider even after riding for almost a year and got off L plate a while ago. I would like to share my experience with other people who are interested in jumping on a bike or had recently done so. I will upload videos of bike reviews, gear reviews, bike riding, maintenance and repair. Hope these videos will help you and others in learning to ride a bike, and lure more people into bike riding. It is the most fun you can have on wheels. Let's learn and enjoy riding bikes together. Enjoy!
the owner`s manual states, fork oil spec 7.5, and 440 ml each leg (this should be for full rebuilt). however on another Ducati workshop service book it states 380ml each leg to start with, work the rod a few times to let oil move through, then with fork at the lowest travel, measure the oil level to top of outer tube at 90mm (remove or add oil to adjust), that's before putting spring and preload tube back in. Sorry, I don't have a full rebuilt video.
I think by "air clutch" he meant "dry clutch". the 600 has a wet clutch. Only the 900, 1000, and 1100 (excluding the evo) have a dry clutch in the desmodue monsters. (the S4 series has them too). Basically the big ones (excluding the evo) do, but the littler ones don't.
You need a bracket kit. Replace 4 engine case bolts at position that meet holes on belly pan with longer ones so the brackets can be bolted on to the engine first, then belly pan to brackets.
Yes, it's the idle jet that's blocked, but once get in there better just clean everything. It could be a few reasons that bike turn over but not fire up,carb, battery and spark plugs are the most common cause.
