Recessed ceiling lights destroy a home. Get lamps, fools. Ban them. They're godawful. Was this once a moderne 30s house which someone destroyed with renovation?
As much as the hills around west lake village and calabasss has exploded. They will never have the soul of the houses in the hills. It’s just not the same. It’s like Toluca Lake. Despite the expansion of the north valley. And it’s $$$ hipness. They don’t compare.
I’ve been watching million dollar listings Los Angeles since it started. I love the show love the real estate down there. I enjoy watching the agents make their deals. I love Josh Flagg I love his knowledge of real estate. I love he enjoys the older homes, the character of them and I’m the same way I’m not into the very modern look. They just are just glass and steel. they are very cold feeling to me but I watch the show because of Josh Flagg Like the episode where him Josh and Josh are in the car together and they’re going at it and just tell him I’m Josh and he says no I’m Josh and Josh tells him he says yeah you’re Josh number one I’m Josh number two. It was so funny.
This is the best episode of the whole podcast. THere should be more episodes about just prospecting and how to resolve the challenges and frustrations around it. Thanks guys!
As an architect, I appreciate his knowledge of those “products” he is marketing beyond its purely monetary value. He appreciates and knows of an architectural provenance, ascribing a proper aesthetic value as part of a marketing package. His relationship with his late grandmother was delightful and enviable.
Just discovered your podcast today, and this is only my third to watch. I love that it was just you two----you are so articulate, funny, interesting, and I love all of Zach's mimicry.
Loved Zach's Australian accent for the intro---reminds me of my fun Dad, who could mimic ANY accent. I enjoy your guests, but I would also enjoy just listening to Ben and Zach chat. By the way, I have NEVER been interested in watching other reality TV people chat on a podcast, and very particular about what reality TV I watch. "SBH" seems very authentic, love the family atmosphere, low drama. It took me to season 2, episode 8 of "SBH" to realize that my fave part of any episode is when you two are chatting.
Meant to also say, I'm so glad I saw brief glimpses of your podcast on "SBH", orelse I wouldn't have known you had one. So fun to get to hear more of your banter than we get to see on the show.
So glad you have a podcast, since my fave part of "SBH" is Ben and Zach's banter. You two are so fun to listen to, and I especially enjoy Zach's gift of mimicry. Mauricio seems like such a great boss/ person, and it's refreshing to watch how everyone in your company deals with each other.
Just found your podcast today because I LOVE Ben's and Zach's banter on "Selling Beverly Hills." I could listen to just you two chat for hours. Zach sounded JUST like Jerry Seinfeld when he said "uhhh...the male penis..." Also fun to see Josh again----haven't watched his show in years, but now I want to watch again. Always loved his scenes with his Grandmother!
