Just finished watching the Netflix show and wow I love you guys! Ben & Zach’s friendship is so fun. I love your personality’s! Also, I love Mo he’s accomplished so much, it’s incredible! Hopefully you’re still with Jade after that rebound roast joke. 😂 haha I’m just kidding. Keep up the good work guys! I’m 28, mom of two & a nurse! So glad you have a podcast, since my fave part of "SBH" is Ben and Zach's banter. You two are so fun to listen to, and I especially enjoy Zach's gift of mimicry. Mauricio seems like such a great boss/ person, and it's refreshing to watch how everyone in your company deals with each other.

@@BenBelack I'm sitting in an extended stay hotel room with my 5 yr old daughter, navigating a purchase that should have closed 2 weeks ago, chasing a client who's home I'm preparing to list in order to use those funds for my first over million dollar transaction , trying to see how I got here. When almost 2 years ago I was pursued by a wealthy man who stated " I want to make you so much money you will never need any other clients". I then negotiated a $9mill commercial site down to $7.2m as he was willing to pay, and it just withered away Ben, just withered. I want you to help me not let something wither, I don't know what I could have done but I bet you would have shown me. I'm hurt by that, that was life changing. I've always been a Mauricio fan, but in light of the lawsuit he's been facing for non disclosure to a client he was supposed to represent...I don't think he's the person to talk about ethics in real estate.
Kyle got to big for her britches too, she went back to acting and producing and he's been opening up real estate offices throughout the world. They're both at fault and have got swept up in the celebrity of it all. $$$$$ not good!!
Sorry but years of rumors that he’s a scummy cheater & now this, I’m with Sutton, I’m totally uninterested in his guy at this point. My guess is his cheating led to her mid-life crisis & Morgan. Also, weird & inappropriate that he’s asked about her & Morgan & said “they don’t have sex.” Okay whatever. By the way, isn’t he the primary cause of her conflict with her sisters? And yes California is most beautiful state in the USA but it’s run by corrupt politicians who do not represent the residents best interests. Big government is not the solution it’s the problem.
