Well, thats because the people that want to get fitter are already at a gym. So if you ask them if they are looking for one, they say no, but if you ask them if they are happy, they are also not. If you go to the gym, you go there because you want to look better, or if you reached your goal, you still want to maintain it. Should have picked a different example for "buyers"
Most retail stores are this way. I work at a phone company, and this is one of the metrics that tracks how the store is doing and how much stock we get, it also affects the stores budget for hours they can give their employees. Low conversion rate means less hours for everyone

In the UK we tease who we like and we are polite to those we aren’t sure about! :) When I say Americans are on a different planet, I’m actually referring to the US economy being way hotter than the UK right now. The US have bigger budgets “on a different planet” relative to the UK.

for people to receive that recurring report, do they need to take the same scoreapp quiz repeatedly? How is the data that feeds the report generated each time?
very cool. what happens if you're on, say, Starter and you get 100 responses in 6 days? Do you have to turn off the scorecard and take down the link everywhere until the next month? It seems like a good scorecard could get used up fast and anyone who clicks on the link has a bad experience from a non-accessible scorecard.

I like the concept, the problem is, that you limit how many people can complete a quiz or assessment. This is supposed to be a lead-generating program. Your basic program is 100 quiz completions, then 1000 and you max out at 3000. Now I don't expect unlimited. But seriously, 100??? At the very least you should be starting out at 1000. The 100 should be a "trial". If we don't know how many people will respond to our ads. But if I had a 100 limit and 300 responded, you cut it off at 100. The option, as I understand it, is I can buy 700/mo (not 800) more for $740. The price isn't my problem, it's the limited number, which seems to indicate that your servers can't handle a lot and this is intended for the small "get rich quick" crowd and not for serious marketers. Which is too bad. The one thing I liked about it was that it created an analysis report for the respondent. Too bad.

I have a body contouring business, rather than schedule a call can i not simply tell them on the results page based on their result the exact package they should book, as I dont really need to talk to them until they have their first page visit, as most clients book 5 or 10 sessions to get results?
