Today If NDD Rally IGNORES HDB prices, It will be tough for PAP govt, in coming election This below anyway expected More grants Rising Ceiling for Grants also they may bring again Along with more subsided Health care, and continuous education Flexi work and more Childcare paid leaves ... My guess is, This will be again a Baby boomer Rally speech. (About property Just curious will Million dollars HDB talk will be there, or he will brush it off again!) Or do something to control demand at lease as of now. WILL they consider stopping PRs buying HDB, Or atleast Bring Income ceiling for PRs who is buying HDB? THEY need to do something (As even today Hdb Sales happening super fast, most units with reasonable asking prices getting sold within days of posting, this shows more demand is there for HDBs.)

Hi Eric, can I ask you, tried the savvy spreadsheet, and worked it out that the max property purchase, how is it derived, we dont need to include TDSR?
Hey Eric, I understand it already, if available cash + CPF more than 280k, then downpayment can go up to 29%, hence, max property price derived by just dividing the downpayment by 0.29. Thank you for helping the community :))
