@@kasomeno I don’t think I’ve experienced. Maybe one side stands out more cause it’s more effected in true stereo mode. Might be good to do db line check though!
What did you run your ampero mini into?Did you have cab sims off running it into a clean amp or the return of a amp and or into studio monitors with cab sims on?
Can you make a video on dialing your tone? I’m curious as to how we can actually dial a nice clean tone, mixed with other pedals. Like for example, running wet dry vs mono vs wet dry wet even, or how you want to set your compressor. Theres hella types of pedals, but a detailed video like that would be bomb 💣 Love your tones man
@@tiuditto thanks a lot! That would be great! But Check out some of these videos where I dial the ACS1 and use it with different pedals: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-cxsbMxIo5VM.htmlsi=EwQRZcO-QDEEbXHa ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-zoaXNVmeTu0.htmlsi=viBkyOi8Qc1KBND4
Hi Is it possible to use buttons to switch effects, not presents? And can I connect some external foot switch to have more switches for control? For example - 2 built in switches and 1 external for effects, and 1 external for tap tempo. Everything within one preset.
@@vladwinter3246 Yes! There is an option within a preset where you can engage or disengage a specific pedal in the chain and there is an expression/footswitch in that can add 2 more options. I believe you can program what you want them to do on the editor!
As someone who is doing this debate a year ago, I can see that after a year. I definitely find myself wanting a unit that can do stereo. At the time I figured I just need one amp and I want the most authentic sounding one. I do believe the dream is without a doubt, the best sounding one. But for almost the same price, I can compromise a little bit of sound quality and get a helix or HX stomp or the ASC one. Of course you could always do the dream with the ruby I like a little amount of petals on my board. I love the dream. It sounds fantastic, but I like having options that are very noticeable.I know the dream has other options but I don’t ever feel like they really sounded that different.
@@DIGITAL7Media well said! I agree about having the stereo options and that being more important. I love that have two amps in stereo and still have more room for pedals
Could you do a comparison between the Lion, 1981 DRV, and the JHS Kilt? Those are my current options right now! I have a Lil’ Rat but its just too fuzzy for me, so I need a smoother transparent distortion drive
@@tiuditto awe those are sick! I totally would if I had them! I have some solid demos of some here. I’d check out the Eras by Walrus and the Lion by Jet Pedals
@@LokeshThakur I’ve never heard of that. How does it work. I’d say the advantages are that it’s also a playable guitar. So not only does feel like your playing a real guitar, but you can also plug right into an amp! I like recording using both the midi and the guitar at the same time. Two separate channels simultaneously
@@nobesmusic so if you search for midi guitar 2 or 3 on youtube, you can plug in any guitar via an interface, and it uses your guitar and CPU for processing to generate midi sounds from within the app. From what i understand, the only benefit of having a midi pickup, is that you can control other hardware like digital pianos or things like the roland gr 55 , and create on the fly tablature.
I have a question. Most of my pedals are stereo in and out, I think one is mono out. As long as that mono pedal isn’t last BEFORE the walrus pedal I should still get stereo out, right? So if right before the walrus pedal I have a reverb or delay that is stereo out, that’s what it should ultimately produce.
@@nobesmusic, my chain starts with volume/wash, tube overdrive, fulltone ocd overdrive, stereo chorus, stereo reverb, delay looper, ep booster. I can just move the booster up and place the walrus last.
onjour, BJe souhaite m'acheter ce type de guitare, pourrais tu me donner ton avis entre la Cordoba stage carnet et les TOD10n Ibanez, La Manuel Rodriguez CAFE CORTADO, Taylor's New Updated T5z Pro, la godin Multiac Duet Nylon, Cordoba Stage Guitar Natural Amber, cort SUNSET NYLECTRIC BLACK GLOSS ou autres ? D'avance merci
If you’ve ever needed to put two guitars to front of house and they only have room for one, you can plug em both in and sum them to one(left) channel. Not ideal, but in a pinch…it works.
@@winandd8649 yea it’s not really isolated. It’s like a Moore power brick. But these are all analog pedals, or very low output from the tuner so it worked out fine for me
Your demo of this pedal shows both your familiarity with and command of the pedal. I realise the making of videos like this are work and not always fun .. however, it sounded to me as if you were enjoying yourself and that makes the pedal all the more appealing. If I could make a request, it would be that you play a wee more riffs/chords (a bit like that which you unleashed briefly towards the end. Does the pedal excel at more than basic ambient, though beautiful, backwashes, or is it rather specific for foot-gazing? Keep up the good work displaying the pedals even if it’s difficult reeling in your prowess. It helps the rest of us know exactly what to expect. Cheers/Slainte, and God bless. 🎸👨🏼⚕️🫶✌️♾️
@@johndrowe5281 Thanks man! That means a lot. And yea this was a special for sure it was epic! But yea it you check out my shorts you’ll seem some other examples where I play more! God bless!
Thanks for making this! Literally both amp in a box pedals I’ve been debating on getting. Both are great. ACS1 seems warmer and more amp-like for sure which I like more for delay & reverbs. But I think the Dream took distortion better.
Matches what?? A guitar is not furniture. It doesn't matter what color it is doesn't matter what it looks like.If you're a player you're a poser than yes it matters so enjoy yourself posers
@@doormasterjohn lol I had no idea this free thinking post would effect someone like this 😂. It’s ok to enjoy pairing a killer strap with a killer guitar and feel stoked on it
