For every one hectare, they conserve four hectares. That sounds very noble, until you realize that in this area they can only irrigate the wines closes to the Breede River. The dry hills are not suitable for crops. In this area there are many other farms that does leaves their dry land to nature.

Guys,there are so many beautiful wineries in Portugal that you don't have an idea...im for Portugal but working for Majestic Wines in uk. It's a shame no-one ever discovered yet those Wines...
I just love the heritage the Henschke family keeps going. You understand the love they put into their lives. Hill of Grace, Hill of Roses and all their wines are just superb. I am a huge Hill of Grace fan but given how dear it is I get to drink a bottle only every few years.
I've just finished watching A discovery of witches for about the 3rd time, don't judge, its my thing 😂. Matthew cracks me up. I loved him and Matthew Reece in the early episodes of the Wine show, wonderful hilarious combination. This ep you could see Matthew was getting tiddly fast, probably because he hadn't had lunch yet! And your knowledge Joe is wonderful. Most enjoyable
And now because of this wine show mini series, you can't get Greppicante or Greppicaia online in the UK. Waiting for it to be available again so I can try it.
Wow, those were three amazing episodes. Absolutely loved it and you definitely got a new fan here. I've never been to Tuscany, but I've just started planning to go with the family next summer and now I can't wait to get there!
