In Part 3, after all their hard work in the vineyard and winery, it's time for Dominic and Joe to get their reward: a tasting off all I Greppi's best wines. At the risk of being a bit geeky, they undertake what people in the wine-world call a 'vertical tasting'. Which just means they taste the 'same' wine but made in different vintages. It's the best way to see how the wines can change and evolve over time and really does help you understand the mysteries of terroir and the skills of the winemakers.
