I like the exercises and the app but when you refer to the inside of the rear portion etc etc it’s very confusing and it’s hard to see in the video what you’re referring to

I've been doing this series since May 11th, 2024. First thing I noticed was that my left knee now works "almost" normal when going downstairs! This after years of difficulty. Recently, also noticed that I can walk normally again going down an incline! I'm going to keep doing them. PS My hubby's been doing a subset of the exercises and says he doesn't hear so much 'snap, crackle & pop' when doing them now.
I actually broke a sweat and it feels good, it doesn’t feel like a work out that makes you stiff and you have to recover from, it’s a work out that feels healing and you feel vitalized. Thank you! 🙏
