I love this program and I do it EVERY day for months - the most mobile I’ve felt in years! I thought at some point my flat footed squat would improve (ie. my butt would get closer to my heals) but so far not so much. Would you consider modifying the program with hip loosening and something for lower back mobility? Regardless, thanks so much for this! It’s a game changer for me!
