Please tell me how your sub-counter is showing 1010?! I have the Ulanzi Smart Pixel Clock and I use it ONLY as a RU-vid subscription counter. However it's not counting subscribers above 1000. I currently have over 1000 subs and it keeps showing 1000. How do you fix this? Is your YT counter one through AWTRIX? Because I really hate running a server 24/7 just to have my subs above 1k shown correctly....
I'm also using it mainly to show my RU-vid subscriber count. RU-vid only shows the rounded down value after 1000, so anything from 1000 to 1009 will be shown as 1000, 1010 to 1019 will be shown as 1010 etc.. only going to your RU-vid studio dashboard will show the exact count. The awtrix code is definitely using a different code but like you I don't want to run a server just for that
I would apreciate if you made an updated tutorial with Awtrix 3. I tried installing it my own, and i never achieved to install apps. I tried installing awtrix 2 with your tutorial and worked, flawlesly, but its outdated.
@@alangadgets i have the same issue, do you know any way to solve? the control pairs ok, and if i go to whatsapp i can use all the buttons, but in the hover app only works the shoot picture buton, is that because the keyboard language? because i have it on english US... thanks for your content!
@@alehias I set my phone to English (Singapore) and it worked, I don't think region matters as long as it's English. Have you tried forgetting the Bluetooth and pair them again? It's hard to troubleshoot without your devices with me 😅 pls sub if you haven't already 😊

Try to Forget the device via the connected Bluetooth list and pair it again. Bluetooth devices have such issues all the time, it's quite common even for big names like Nikon remotes. Hope this helps, pls sub 🙏🏻😁
I think the form factor says it all. there's no right or wrong, just which you prefer. I don't even find a need to own a tablet so a clock like this would be a cheaper alternative
Great video... i am having a few issues, firstly I had to use another port, cuz 7001 was been used by something else, so I changed to port 7002 and I could open the AWTRIX 3 web console... but it's still not connecting to the clock... so i still getting this error message: Matrix is not connected Please make sure that the matrix is turned on and can connect to the Host. Then try again hitting Settings, I have on matrix config, WIFI and USB, so it's seems that it's not connecting to the clock by wifi, but if i try to connect by cable, on select port i have only "none" (I am using apple original cable) Any tip my friend? Thank you
USB never worked for me as well. You need 2 ports, ControllerPort and WebserverPort as shown in 1:45, make sure those 2 ports are available and whitelisted in your firewall
in P mode holy grail in daylight al good but when it gets darker everything went overexposed and also unwanted speed change in de footage so the timelaps is ruined
2:45 did you set the minimum shutter speed to be lower than your interval? You may also try setting a lower ISO ceiling. I can't say for sure what really happened but no speed change ruined any of my shots yet
@@alangadgets hi Alan in P mode you have no control at the shutterspeed if i correct also everything gets over exposed when it is getting dark. In P mode . it wil not getting dark it is is al way to bright . i try for almost a year now but with no luck tons of YT turials but most missing the details
@@voederbietels for Nikon you can set the lowest shutter speed it's allowed to go so that it won't go lower than the interval, not sure about other camera. Sorry that it did work for you 🙏🏻
@@alangadgets I have the Nikon z62 .Are you shure you can set that in P mode ? if i try it dont change becouse i am in p mode or do you set interval priority to on? In what mode you are working that you can lock the interval or where can i find this settings ?
@@voederbietels the minimum shutter speed is set at the ISO setting after you turned on the auto ISO as shown at 2:45, regardless of interval priority setting
Hi, I have a Z5 and the timelapse Mode is unavailable in P-Mode for some reason. I know that it is possible and I've done already in the past with your tutorial, but I keep forgetting which setting I have to switch to make it available again.
Does the Creative have the UI BEEP when you press volume+/- / play/pause like the shokz? The beep on shokz is unbearable when I use earplugs. Now I'm looking for a replacement.
I purchased your Ulanzi desktop clock TC001 and was able to set it up successfully.I have the youtube fans enabled with my UID and API key setup. I have 1888 subscribers now but the youtube fans is displaying 1880. Any update why its not updating?
the RU-vid API only returns the number rounded down to the nearest tenth, so anything from 1880 to 1889 will only show as 1880. notice that it only shows 1.88k visitors on your page. please sub if you find the video helpful :)
My Openrun Pro is dead and checking other products. I guess I have to stick to Shokz. Shokz really is really good. All Earbuds just hate me, and I hate them, too.
i used a much older version of Android Studio, some dependencies or versions might need to be updated. maybe you could send me the error message to hello@alan.sg for me to take a look.
