Working on similar conversion for 12HP. Yes, lower power out, but his v8 old conversion El camino tooled around town back at that time also. Adjustable EGR required while exhaust drippings contain embedded Nitrogen that improved efficiency, and about 6-7 amps DC added through spark plug. Timing retarded to about -34 degrees. High voltage Battery protection diodes set required, with series 2MH inductors + S1R hand wound magnetic triple coils assembly over spark plug wire. His unusual new process forms water vapor pressure generated with also small amount hydrogen gas! Must verify no/low ohms spark plug.
Super heated steam was used during 1950's in Texas by US servicmen to run used fuel oil furnace on water line. Oil used to preheat fire pot and S.S. coil tubing + water to 1500 degrees. T fitting and extra valves mounted. When up to temperature, oil valve shut off. The resulting hydrogen and oxygen torch flame continues furnace running. 90 lbs pressure + 90lbs water lines with dual pumps and central motor with blower. U.S. patent application filed, but only resulted in final printing of 50% increase in efficiency with ordinary steam as only allowed to public. ( The change of high pressure to AMBIANT through tiny spray nozzel allowed for extreme vibration of vapor molecules that separated to gases,- at a much LOWER unusual high temperature. ) A much smaller demonstrator was built and shown to Senater in large wooden box with fire brick chamber and steel ring with holes- like coleman stove. Units have to be restarted on fuel oil

Hey, my friend, I REALLY like what you're doing, with the stack cell.!! So, I'll give ya, a heads - up on What works best/what I'm doing & what seem to be SO, MUCH SAFER THAN SOME OF THESE ideots.!! Are doing.!!! We never get to WACH any videos of ( stupid people blowing stuff up because they aren't following safety protocol.)!!! Some times they even blow themself up.!!! & that my friend, is SAD.!! SO, This is a good design you have, but try sealing the edges of the little cup's/THEN, make a way to push the water/electrolyte / fluids, what ever you're useing to make you're HHO,!! Through the cups, Therefore, producing the hho, & Pushing it all ON THROUGH" with The WATER" and letting it collect on the surface of the electrolyte in the reservoir. Now" then more than one set of SS,CUPS Can be in the line.!! Producing tons of gas". Some say that much is Not needed, but if you plan to run the vehicle on the BROWNS GAS COMPLETELY". If in an emergency situation, such as out of petrol ⛽, with the nearest gas station 🚉" miles away,??? I say What-not try to make it happen.??? Right.?? That's what I'm working on.!! I'm trying to make my truck well, "RV, with truck motor" Run On, gas fumes & HHO.!! I've had complete SUCSSES!!! Here is what I do" I have certain valve's that let the tho through into a mixing chamber, the hho, is then mixed with the petrol ⛽ fumes. It is then pulled by vacum into the Motor,s intake manifold, at that time the piston pull the fuel, ( hho & petrol fumes mix,) into the Combustion chamber" where it is (exploded)!! Not (emploded)!! As most tho is emploded, but the petrol Fumes" cause the hho, to explod,!!! You have a mixture of sevrial different gases" but the main gases are ( The hho/oxygen/ petrol,) that causes the explosion,!!! That is very important. Now" then, you have to understand, that if anyone get this System ALL WOKED OUT, MAKES IT ALL SAFE & WORKABLE,!!! YOU CAN NEVER OFFER IT TO THE PUBLIC, BECOUSE" ITS VERY USE WILL THREATEN THE BIG OIL COMPANIES.!! AND THEY ARE VERY SERIOUS.!!! ABOUT STOPPING ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE IT CAN TAKE HOLD.!!!! BUT THERE IT IS:!! ALL IN A NUTSHELL. DO WITH IT WHAT YOU WILL.!!!!
Just found your sight. Ok I missed something here you went episode 13,14,15with the wet volcano generator then 16 is a dry cell. Do you have the build videos for this one?
Storing HHO gas can be dangerous, because it is highly explosive. However, if you can separate the oxygen and hydrogen, the hydrogen is safe for cooking, heating or storage.
@@HHO4ALL in these case, I think if we link the air compressor with the pressure tank in the sequence after the hydrogen generator and the bubble box. Isn't it supposed to keep the hydrogen gas in the tank, of course with a pressure gauge and a flashback arrestor for safety?

the gas produced like this is hydrogen and oxygen together.. storing that under pressure together in a tank has a name its called a BOMB. If you store that under even 2LBS of pressure in a 15lb propane tank if it back flashes it will level your whole house just fyi... you have to either us as it is produced to keep the volumn of gas small so a backflash dosnt kill you or seperate the oxygen at production point. Good luck.i know this from experience i tried to store it in a helium can i emptied with the thought of building a portable torch. to try it out i called my sister to watch, i pointed it at a candle and pushed the button if there was a flash it went so fast i didnt see it. but the can blew apart in my hand down the side seem and the bottom stuck in my chest. that is how i leaned its a bomb.... be VERY careful if you compress any gas in any container....
you got it backwards you need negative in the center and 2 positives on outside itll be half the amps and double the voltage , it's the amps that cause heat issues aswell
notches are genius, why not cut longer and bend those, oops it would touch the neutral washer. hmm laser weld a male tab for female connector. Aha! will do. I have a Rofin Baasel Lasertech Desktop. but bending connector works why do extra work. we'll see. i Like, OLE!
