This one is very simple and CNC code is written by hand. I don't use Fusion 360. All done by NCCAD supplied with the machine and hand programming with aid of couple simple python scripts.
hello can I ask you something ? the x axis microswitch broke, I just can't find an identical one... I went to an electronics store in my city. they provided me with a 16A microswitch only that once replaced with the original one it doesn't work... the machine doesn't feel the limit switch and doesn't stop. how can I solve it. I'm really having trouble... I can't find the official Proxxon spare part. thank you in advance
I find it hard to believe the switch itself broke. Because it is pressed extremely rare. I'll bet my money on wiring. Wires got bent 1000 times and they broke. I am myself got Y one of motor wires broke. The conductor inside is broke, but insulation looks ok. I advise take a multimeter and check switch separately and check wiring. The connectors for limit switches are clearly marked at the axis controller PCBs.
@@LexsLavrov I thank you for the answer . I managed to solve it, it was actually the microswitch that was broken!!!! I replaced it with a similar one... it works!
Patience and calm. Well done! Like with almost every Proxxon product it seems to be a good saw if you're willing to be patient and possibly fine tune it a little bit.
