I love your roll cake videos! Particularly your detailed steps for matcha panna cotta. I make my own matcha latte for breakfast these days. As I don't own a bamboo whisk, I use my hand blender to foam up my matcha. I used this same technique to make matcha panna cotta for my roll cake, so I replace the sieve step.
