They should remove cancealable stims, and nerf the health of the stalker (it literally have camo that sometimes u cant see in busy background, fast enough to catch light armor user, and it hit so far).
well, for me stalkers are a lot worse than hunters (maybe unless there's a huge pack of them) they are faster, stronger and have more health, and if there's multiple of them like at least 2 or 3... it's most likely game over for you.
@@rainysshorts1475 We all have our own playstyle. i have a jumpack build and i almost never stand still, however, the only reason a stalker kills me is when i fight hunters and a stalker comes from behind and push me towards said hunters. They are deadly and as you said strong. I have noticed that 1 shot to their mouth and they die with any weapon. But not always eazy to hit. The reason i find them eazier then hunters is the fact that most of the time you shoot at them and they push you and then jump away. With all that said i still get scared when i see one lol.
I personally don't mind the leaping headshots or slows anymore It's the bodyblock when I'm trying to stand up from a ragdoll that drives me absolutely insane
I mean... that's not the best start. Trying to call down stratagems while five hunters are at two meters and closing isn't smart. lol Gotta land, light them up, make a clearing, then drop your good weapon somewhere you're running towards.
yeah, i figured. Even though the hunters are annoying, they do force you to adapt your playstyle, because tbh if it was like any other enemy there, most likely i would have gotten away with calling in stratagems.
They jump right the time i fire, stagger me and 2 hit combo headshot, i ragdoll to rock, it begin lick me and i die Skill issue, no is just 1 hunter and it do that much
No, this is what doom 3 was like back in 2004, theres no way any pc from 1993 would run anything even close to that, Doom WAS high tech for that time period. Xbox was the only console that had it too, and its specs were WAY higher than any PC built in in 1993. Although, if this had been an unlockable game variation of doom 3 that would have been really cool.
"What Doom 1 (1993) Would have looked like if ID Software had Modern Tech." - pretty sure it's not. OG Doom and Quake are known for intense combat system and wide demons variety, this mod based on Doom 3 and classic levels in Doom 2016 sucks because they are using completely different gameplay mechanics.
well the point was based on a couple of interviews with id’s developers you can notice that they would have definitely went for more of a horror shooter like Doom 3 if they had the technology for that rather than making a boomer shooter sort of game. As said by John Carmack - "We didn't have the technology to do what we wanted with shadows and lighting and so on, so we ended up making everything really brightly lit.” as well as “We couldn’t do subtlety, so we just doubled down on action.” and this is said by John Romero and it focuses more on level-design “The limitations of the hardware of the time influenced everything. The lack of texture mapping meant the levels had to be designed differently, which led to Doom’s abstract, modular, and maze-like levels.” either way, all this makes me believe that yeah, Doom would have looked very different if they had the tech needed to pull of a horror game like they did Doom 3. Also this is probably the closest we will ever see what Id actually had in mind for Doom, that’s why i came up with the title and description.
@@rainysshorts1475 Yeah, I remember those articles and interview) Still, not a fan of everything based on Doom 3 (including Quake 4) mechanics, if it's not D3) BTW, they did a "real classic Doom horror" in Playstation version of Doom and in Doom 64, still one of the best FPS games and Doom version IMO, combining both classic fast-paced action and horror vibes.
@@rainysshorts1475 PS1 Doom contains all base games and expansions while using similar pre-Doom 64 "horror" redesign. Must have for Doom fans. I recommend to find community made modified version of PSX Doom that includes all bonus and cut levels with all types of improvements, there should be both PC total conversion and the actual PS1 modified versions.
OMG, it so much worse from Brutal Doom. It's like "can we make guns any less satisfying?" This is why I dislike most FPS games. Some people, damn, I think probably majority of gamers think that guns should just slightly decrease the health bar. That could possibly lead to some accidental fatal gun accidents, like "I only shot him once! It was just a prank! I didn't expect him to drop dead after just ONE hit! He didn't look almost dying when I shot him".
though honestly the old Doom had the same problem, most fantasy shooters do. Maybe games that try to somewhat mimic real life like GTA or Red Dead Redemption are a bit of an exception.
I'm glad this version wasn't released in 93, Doom 3 weapons are so bad, even though the levels for the classic episode look cool in this style, I've never wanted to play it this way ever again. 😂
yeah the shotgun spread requires you to basically shove your gun up their face which leads to a terrible experience with the shotgun opposite of what Doom 1-2 had.
@@mnomadvfx Depends on the briefing. I've been in formation with a brief being given by senior officers and in those cases you're right, but in most I've been in, even with lower officers and most senior enlisted, it wasn't uncommon to hear things being blurted out.
On my PS5 I haven’t actually had many bugs at all. Maybe a couple here and there but nothing major. Still an amazing game especially now that they’ve reworked the levelling system and fixed so many of the issues and gripes I had with the original release version. I’ve been having so much fun playing lately, running around chopping up people with my mantis blades lol. And honestly bro the story and gameplay are both top tier.
then i'll probably have to get around to actually finish the game, but yeah, these types of bugs i have shown in the video are just funny, they don't affect gameplay at all, and i haven't really even tried out the improvements like the new clothing system, which i kinda had a problem with in the original release, oh and also the police being boring, they didn't even chase you with a car back then lol.
of course this title was a bit exaggerated and clickbaity, you have to do that if you want to achieve anything on yt, but there's still bugs shown in the video that ain't fixed, right?
200 hours and still loving it. Is it still a bit glitchy, yeah, but so what. It has been massively improved and most of the time it runs smooth AF. Only time I really started running into glitches, and not the game breaking kind, was after playing it for more the 6 hours straight. I have fallen in love with the game and world. I am bias but that's just because the game and story sucked me in. How you are still having fun despite the bugs
how can you not see them? first of all shadow-boxing shouldn't cause people panic to the point where they drive like maniacs and start running while screaming in terror, second of all a car barely touching an npc shouldn't make him fall-over like that, then the ai just first of all acts weird when i punch them but at the end one guy was literally being punched with a phone in his hands, then he screamed in terror and got back to using his phone... that's definitely not what should have happened.
@@trblemayker5157 games are great because you can do stuff in them that you wouldn't want to do in real-life with it being without consequences. Also all it takes is common-sense to realize this isn't how people would react to this type of scenario irl.
33hrs with it and have only experienced 2 crashes, and an unpredictable audio glitch when i do an aerial silent takedown. Best game i have ever played, RDR2 is close behind it!
there's memory leaks in the game? but yeah, i haven't encountered any game-breaking or soft-lock bugs yet.. but i do remember back when i played the game on it's first patches it had a pretty bad bug where when you sprinted on sewers or ramps and went down the game would register that as falling from a huge height (i think) and that would in turn flatline you.
Yea basically, the longer I play the less frames I have, the only way to get the frames back is to restart the game entirely and apparently there is no fix for this bug because its an engine issue. Hopefully CDPR will still be able to fix it in the future because making their games on an engine with this kind of issue would be contraproductive.@@rainysshorts1475
@@smurrdog5364 interesting, but yeah CDPR won't need to fix that since from what i've heard they're dropping their proprietary in-house engine for UE5 on their upcoming games.
@@trblemayker5157 actually, if you were to know anything about how memory works, and game engine development, you would realize that restarting the game wouldn't fix your fps if you have viruses, and from what he told, there can be any causes, ranging from overheating components and REDengine forgetting to free some unused memory. Also all it takes is one google search to realize there are a few people who also have this issue.
