Cuando Johnny no avanza, vuelvan a usar el elevador del inicio (no hagan viaje rapido, sólo elevador) cuando usen el elevador, para volcer a entrar introduzan la contraseña, usen el elevador para volver a continuar la misión y encontraran que Johnny y los demás ya están dentro de la habitación donde debian estar

I know this is an older video, but I was stuck on this for hours trying every possible method I saw. Here was my fix: When I got to the invisible door, I fast traveled back outside of the cave and toggled the quest off (and kept it off). When I went back down the elevator and back to the intercom, the invisible door was now closed and the intercom worked. Hope this helps.
