Did you every find the cap? I have a 1963 Paidar barber chair and it won’t recline. It has the yellow cap but it’s damaged. Would the cap really keep the chair from reclining?
I enjoyed the restoration and it brought back a lot of fond memories. Was the car originally a Lemans? I had a 1968 GTO convertible a long time ago. Mine was a 400CID backed with a turbo 400 transmission. The 10 bolt rear axle failed too many times and I changed it out for a 12 bolt from a 1970 454 Chevelle. I like your choice in disc brake upgrades as the drum brakes succumb to brake fade. Thanks!
commendable it's awesome to see dedication at work.... the car is a masterpiece so is the video, I really enjoyed seeing your GTO come back,,,, you've done an amazing job which most men would not even have attempted.. thank you very much for sharing, you are an inspiration for the rest of us guys.
Nicely done . Thousands of hours, tons of patience, persistence and tenacity. Support and encouragement from family and friends. WITHOUT GOD NOTHING HAPPENS THAT IS WORTH ANYTHING!!
A lot of time and work went into that, but the end result is magnificent. Love the paint color, the wheels, and that it's a convertible is that much more fun. Well done!
Hi, disregard that last message, it was a mistake. I have a question, I have a 1920 Koken barber chair.I add in hydraulic fluid hydraulic fluid and everything was wonderful. When I saw my chair a few hours later I saw that all the fluid spilled all over the floor. Can anybody give me advice?
