Brah...why kill of two of the 5 original young justice charcters to begin with? I mean for argument's sake fine kill kid flash but super boy??? He was literally the wolverine of the team in season 1. Brown jacket,rode the motorcycle, was known to get a bit quick tempered and a bit indestructible...2 episodes after they killed him and I just couldn't do it anymore. I couldn’t watch it because it didn't feel like the young justice evolved. More like it be chipped and carveres away onky to be replaced with new pieces out of the blue. To this day I've yet to get to watching the show again. I just couldn't man
I'm a batfamily comics fan, but I don't really know much about others in DC... IT WAS AWFUL TO FOLLOW. And I'm so mad how they treated Tim. From s2, it's like he is here because no robin would be bad ? But they don't want him their. They gave his relationship with Cass to Batgirl for some reason ? And the reason she lost her legs is stupid ?? I was really fan of s1 because it was easy for me to understand each characters, but s2 I was already like : who ?? what's going on ? I have no memories of s3 (I washed with a friend so couldn't skip things). And S4... I was like 50% is the wiki of dc with images being read to me ?? AND MORE NEW CHARACTERS. Also can we talk about how Zatanna is terrible ? Training teen, putting one down, and then ghastlight them so they take her father place ? That's a vilain thing to do ! I skiped to the last episod and no one died and more character are introduced at the end while every bad guys were defeted in 10 min. What ? And why all that blood now ? Sorry if my english is bad. I just have a lot of feelings and no one to talk about it because french people are not really into comics :c
The slap highlighted that even though Sally was trying to keep Sonic safe, she was doing it the wrong way by making the choice an ultimatum. Sonic basically sees this as his agency being taken away, and is rightfully pissed for being called selfish when he sees that he NEEDS to be in this war. Ironically, its Sally who is being more selfish here. While its from a place of fear and stress of losing him once, youd think that as the Freedom Fighter field leader that she might handle this more responsibly as she usually handles most situations before all of this. So I don't blame Sonic for making the decision he did.
Perhaps the story I've wanted from this series was a backstory on Spectre, perhaps the most interesting of the Guardians. As a child, Moritori Rex impersonating Tobor, Spectre's father, kidnapped Spectre and forcibly outfitted him with Cybernetic technology before he rebanished the DL back to the Twilight Zone. This explains why he hates the dark legion so much and why he wears that cloak and helmet. Give me that story, please!
While it is cool to see Razor in this show, it's disappointing that he has a story in this show and not through an actual continuation of Green Lantern the animated series. I have seen any of the seasons past 2 for Young Justice so idk if it's implied Green Lantern the animated series is a part of Young Justices Universe
13:57 Dude the whole Razor/Lantern arc was them finishing Green Lantern the Animated series which aired with Young Justice's 2nd seasons (& a bunch of DC 1-5 minute shorts) on Cartoon Network in a programming block called DC Nation & got canceled on a cliffhanger. There was a fan outcry to revive it along with Young Justice, but they only revived one & Young Justice won. If you didn't watch the DC Nation shows you'd have no idea about connection between them & Young Justice kind of treated it like their audience must have seen the Green Lantern show & didn't explain much about Razor & what was going on there. As a fan of DC Nation & one of the people who really enjoyed both shows & missed them when they were gone (or on a multi year break) I'm glad they finished off Razor's story & when I was watching YJ season 4 I was so excited when I realized what they were doing was a direct continuation of GL, not just a retelling of the same story
Dude Season 2 was GREAT!!! I kept watching because season 2 was so good even though it took forever to come out and season 3 & the first half-ish of season 4 was garbage. The end of season 4 was good though, not as good as 2, but good enough I'm glad I watched
