Join my FREE community! www.talkshowtransformation.com This channel is home to a late night style celebrity interview show I created and host. However, this channel is also chock full of videos I've created on how to start your own talk show.
I'm a filmmaker, television host, licensed contractor, senior video editor, voice actor, and musician. I have a long career in radio and television, having worked closely with Howard Stern and Martha Stewart, and several other notable personalities in and around New York City. You've seen me on The Today Show, HGTV, Martha Stewart, FOX News, MSNBC, CBS, CNN and several others. www.talkshowtransformation.com I've taken all those years of experience and not only created my own talk show from the ground up, but I also teach others how to do the same with my course, 'The Talk Show Transformation'.
I love this, I have been podcasting for 3 years but I want to expand it to a show. My niche is sharing encouragement, positivity, inspiring others and sharing laughter.
Thanks Jody! I'm getting ready to start a free, private community with tons of resources about how to start a talk show. You can sign up for my newsletter if you want to stay up to date on the progress! www.briankelsey.com/newslettersign-up
One of the best parts of your interview was to hear that Norm is in good health and enjoys good health. He is a Treasurer and deserves to live to 100 and more
I remember one of Norm's appearances on Letterman. I don't remember what Norm was showing him, but at one point Letterman is standing over a table saw with its blade spinning away. He has this stick of wood in his hand and starts running his mouth trying to amuse and charm the audience. As he does so he starts absent mindedly waving the stick back and forth, his hand just inches above the blade. You could clearly see Norm wincing at seeing this and it looked like he was just about to speak up about it when fortunately for Letterman, he finally turned his attention back to the saw....
Norm is the reason the spark was light inside me to become a journeyman. I have been at it as both a Cabinetmaker and Carpenter for the past 20 years. Before that I tinkered in my little 1 car garage shop. We watched this old house and the New Yankee workshop every weekend.
One of my favourite artists...his voice, his music, the lyrics of his songs...the number one in my list, in fact...and, even though I didn't know how humble he was u til now (no social media by that time) that is something one can always tell !!...I'm so glad I grew up by the time he did, and listened to all of his songs...lucky me (and many like me...'m pretty much sure) 😉👍
my week was make it to saturday morning in the 80 and 90s to watch norm fyi i have the highboy dresser plans i bought when i was20 now 48 got my wood shop ready for it been storing lumber for 15 yrs going to be so sweet to disappear to build a dream
Isn't everyone really tired of the GINO lounge lizard stuff...?? Get back with your Brothers. That is what made you great. This is just wanking off. I'll bet the majority of his fans say the same.
Wow! Norm's new 3.3M casa there off Puncatest is a helluva upgrade from his prior place on Seapowet! What an estate and right by the water! So wonderful to see that all of his steadfast years at PBS paid off for him as he's certainly earned it as a national living treasure! By contrast, Bob Vila's net worth post-PBS where they were paying him $200-800/TOH episode ballooned to an astounding 70M with him recently selling his Palm Beach pad for 52M. Makes one respect ole Norm even more for staying with PBS over his career!
I was 15 when her family rented a house for the summer in my small town in the Hamptons. We all had a lot of fun that summer. Nobody ever went home until around two or 3 o’clock in the morning.
We need more people like Norm that just want to share their knowledge and expertise with the world! no matter how modern the world gets, things are going to break or fail over time and need to be repaired or replaced. Only talented people can do these things. the more you teach the more have talent to keep the infrastructure thriving!
