Dear Brian Kelsey, Thinking back to two years ago when I posted this comment, I recall that I had checked out a number of interviews with Mr Frantz from his book promotion. Listening to your interview again, you do not talk too much or monopolize the attention, nor do you in any way whatsoever have to "get over" yourself! You ask substantial, well-informed questions, & have a great rapport with your subject. I obviously conflated you with a different interviewer, & posted my comment on the wrong RU-vid page. In good faith, I withdraw my previous comment, toss it on the ash heap, & wish you all the best & then some, from one drummer to another. CHEERS & Kudos--Eric

Dear Brian, I realize that it's not easy doing your show in your driveway and I have to say that I enjoyed your brief interview with Talking Heads/Tom Tom Club drummer Chris Frantz, per his recently released book Remain In Love, book and how it's possible to sustain a relationship with his wife in a Rock & Roll band. On another note, if you don't mind me adding some suggestions, when you have time I would get a desk microphone that is long enough to reach your mouth so that you don't have to stoop your head down to talk into it, and secondly when you were ending the interview, you turned on your show soundtrack music and when you did, it actually drowned out the message promoting Chris' Remain In Love book. So you may want to lower the volume on your show's soundtrack music, next that you have a guest on your show and your promote their book, film, or even music. Other than that, you have it going on. Thank you for your time and I hope that you consider my suggestions, even though you didn't ask me for me opinion, and more so, don't even know me.

Like everything about the video accept the interview. I wanted to hear about the Talking Heads, David Byrne, and THE MUSIC. But keep going. I like the concept. Also, stay ON the microphone. The audio was not so great.
