You hold the reel in you off hand then slide the rod down the line. I don’t recommend doing it with a really nice rod but in my case the it worked well
Okay man I watched your video that's a four to five pound Brown that is a nice Brown that's not even really a big brown giant no way but I guess it's the level of the fishermen how good you are how often you catch but that's like a average Brown for me
Nice point, most “ killers “ (that I’ve found…rather reveled themselves to me)I’ve noticed carry battle scars, broken tips / knocks from impact. Just my hypothesis for what it’s worth.
It's what they call a spearpoint an arrowhead would be attached to a bow and arrow so you would be right for an arrowhead it's way too big but you're wrong because it's not an arrowhead
You all were a little too far upstream, nice fish there for sure but if you ever want me to show you where the 3+ in this creek are just let me know. No matter where you go on that creek its a fun day of fishing! Been fishing this creek for 25 years!

Please do! Gravel bars are your friend, inside bends of the creek and like size rocks deposit together. Good luck out there! I can’t wait to hear about your finds!
