Currently, I'm a mining engineer working in Calgary, Alberta. I also founded @Mining2Me, a platform dedicated to improving mineral literacy through animated infographic videos. I graduated from UBC in 2019 with a Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering. I also have a second gaming channel @kwanzor gaming on my favorite game, Genshin Impact!

I am a 38-year-old engineer from China working in the mining industry. Surface shaft construction and underground mining management are my strengths. Please recommend to me the school that is the best at underground mining in Canada, the school with the best employment rate since 223 years in Canada, and the school with the highest cost performance in tuition. I would like to make a comprehensive comparison and then apply for a graduate degree in mining engineering in Canada. Thank you very much

Is it good to study Master in minining engineering(course based) at Lauretian university-sudbury or not? What will be the job prospect after graduation?
Hi Kwan I have been working in mining in Australia since 1987. I remember when Boddington started. I love my job and have worked all around Australia in every mineral. I was a 25yr old girl then and I still love it now.
Dear Kwan Fung, I have a question regarding to engineering major. I’m really interested in Mining Engineering major. Is it under engineering honors? What are other alternatives engineering major that relate to engineering mining?
Honestly, I was really surprised that in this developed country such as Canada with a huge number of mining companies, when you look for a mining opportunity you have to use this badly developed poorly functional website. I am really shocked about Canada.
Hey Kwan, Hope this message finds you well! I recently landed in Manitoba as a PR, eager to kickstart my mining career here in Canada. I've noticed that local companies prefer candidates with recommendations from Canadian connections, and tailoring resumes to match specific roles is a bit of an art. I heard you might offer tutoring classes on navigating the Canadian job market, particularly in mining engineering. If so, I'd love to schedule a short call with you to get some guidance. Your insights would be invaluable as I embark on this exciting journey. Looking forward to connecting with you soon! Cheers, Baur
