I'm thinking AR 15 in 5.556 (along with a 22lr conversation kit). A 12 gauge Benelli supernova pump, because it shoots every load from mini shells to 3 1/2" super magnum, and a GP 100 ruger, 357 magnum (which also shoots 38 special). Those 3 guns will give you a lot if versatility.
As far as I can tell the main difference is where the safety is if you want to put a pistol grip on it the Mossberg 500 Tang safety is a very bad choice it would be super awkward trying to use but the 88 has a cross bolt safety right in front of the trigger that works perfect with a pistol grip
I want to get into hunting so I wanted to get a field barrel and a slug barrel and I found the perfect Mossberg 500 combo with both for like 500 buks but then I realized they sell the Maverick with any barrel you want so I can buy two Mavericks and have two separate guns for less than I can get a 500 combo😂.
I totally disagree with the fact that this is only a back up gun. I think this would be only a backup gun for somebody who is a police officer or somebody in a more high risk environment however for you are an average citizen who is statistically never going to need to use their weapon this is a perfect concealed carry. I was thinking about getting this firearm for my wife who hopefully will never need it or need to reload it. Other than that great overview and great video.
I had a Bersa Thunder 380, I had a love hate relationship with the, I love it looked like a a PPK but hated the trigger guard, it had sharp edges that would beat the $#!+ out of my middle finger, I know it was a 380 but it would. @NeverEnuffAmmo
So as a white child growing up in a Hispanic, Chinese, and Hmong town, the police force being made up of people who reflected the majority of the town population, I can say I’ve been racially profiled, I’ve been assaulted by police, I’ve been slammed to the ground and had shotguns, hand guns, and full auto firearms held to my head. Story time, I was riding my bicycle home from school, an officer in a patrol car ran a stop sign and hit me, he was not on a call, I rolled up the windshield and bounced off the light bar, after the hospital visit and everything was all said and done, I was arrested by the officer who hit me for assault on a police officer, he said when he hit me while on a emergency call, glass from the windshield hit him in the face, that was thrown out immediately and the arrest was removed from my record, after that failed the department tried to sued me for damages to the patrol car, again that was thrown out. So the officer wasn’t punished at all but by the law, but karma got him and a few other officers a few years later, so the officer who hit me was drunk off duty driving his patrol car, he hit and killed a elderly man riding his bike, the responding officers covered for him, there was an outside department investigation and him and 4 other officers were arrested and charged, the outcome of the trials was never disclosed. I’m guessing they all lost their jobs but other than that got off with a slap on the wrist. @NeverEnuffAmmo
Also, I reckon that revolver was out of service with the Firearms division before it was traded. The grip, fair enough. But it would never be issued with such bad finish
From Melbourne you say? I worked uniform patrol out of Melbourne City Police Complex, with Victoria State Police. I would have probably carried that exact revolver for a few shifts lol. We weren't individually issued firearms. At the start of tour you'd go to the watchouse/armoury and sign out a revolver, radio, and (hilariously) a kevlar vest. You return it all at tours end.
IF early humans and dinosaurs shared the earth for a short period of time like the theory suggests, it could have been before early humans had developed and been using tools so it's possible they existed together and didn't hunt them (again all hypothetical and just theories)
Just a thought, but a flood to that degree would remove so many layers specifically from hills and mountains, that the sediment left would be a mix of layers from over millions of years, creating a layer of sediment where the fossil record would be completely mixed up. That layer would have its own name, and be a record of a specific event, and itself would explain the mixing of fossils of species that lived millions of years apart. That being said, there were still wolly mammoth alive during the time of Jesus, and we are making educated guesses about nearly everything, based on the information we currently have, that is subject to change. Also, there are species of dinosaurs that are still alive, and many of the creatures we call dinosaurs are not dinosaurs at all.
7.62x51N chambers are looser. Get the right gauges when checking headspace. NEVER FIRE A RIFLE WHICH SWALLOWS A 7.62X51N FIELD GAUGE! A 7.62x51N NoGo gauge is roughly the same as a .308 Win. Field gauge. While a bolt which closes on a NoGo gauge means your rifle should be looked at by a gunsmith and watched for headspace if he OKs it.
Some of those bringing in supplies have had all the supplies and equipment taken by FEMA. . . Those supplies and equipment are where? Some are saying 'Do not donate to FEMA it will not get to those in need.' The fact is that a couple of times a century cyclones travel that way inland dumping much water inland there. . . With all the sand silt and mining waste that was on the rivers sides and its a wash. . . They are trying to get star links installed. . . They were afraid one of the tents might get caught in the rotators. . . Sight seeing disasters created by unaware pilots with poor training and lack of common sense.
You know the way you take God's name in vain and you got to say the word f***you really should check yourself with your language is it doesn't make you more of a man or a tough guy you're trying to be something you're not maybe maybe start studying the word of God in the end times you don't need $20,000 rounds of ammo you're just a pretend soldier 💯🗑️
Have a matching pair in urban grey camo in 12 and 20 gauge with slip on front fiber optic sight option that is removable and can use the front bead. Light and fast. Also own an 1897 Winchester, Mossberg 500 Retrograde, Remington Model 29 12 gauge takedown, Hatsun Escort 20 gauge bullpup pump, and multiple H&R/NEF singles in 12 and 20 gauge. And one 12 gauge bullpup semiauto. Couple others I think, too.
Try to find a $50 500 forend tube. Mossberg doesn't make them available and Midway doesn't have them cause every frigging maverick owner wants one now. Ebay sources have jacked up their prices. I've seen them sell for over $100. Yes there are a few mavericks with a forend tube but you got to look close so you don't get a pinned one. Honestly, I don't know why Mossberg doesn't make their mavericks come standard with the forend tube installed or at least make them available. But, most firearms mfgrs are slow on the uptake.
This piece NEVER gets enough credit. Especially with the new ammunition that has been developed for this and similar arms. This would absolutely ruin a bad guys day in a heckuva hurry inside 25'. Not to mention that one wouldnt even need to be a good shot in a home invasion scenario.
@NeverEnuffAmmo make this make sense, I’m not completely affiliated of heights but it does give me the vibrating, tightening feelings, you know the ones you feel in your ball 🏀 🏀 sack, but I’ve been skydiving a few times and bungee jumping a few times, both were scary af the first couple of times but fun af, I’d do it again in a heartbeat.
Its way more evil than you think. 28TH AMENDMENT? In CASE Over a 100 POLITICIANS Are ASSASINATED At ONCE? SOUNDS LIKE a RED WEDDING!! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-iORiqbu296Q.htmlsi=jImOAFmzt-oFV4ry Christ Bless HIS Bride.
